Sat in line for 20 minutes and they took 2 orders.got out of line and went to Carl JR
Within 7 minutes getting our order.

The worst customer service I have ever received. I waited 45 minutes for a fast-food hamburger and fries. The manager was really rude my order was still incorrect after 45 minutes. I thought I would try this restraunt one more time same thing but this time my chicken was bloody inside. I will never spend my money on this place ever again.

I know a lot about both of these companies (KFC/A&W) and I'm sure Harman had their reasons for doing a combo store like this because KFC was getting a bad reputation but Yum's ideas for combo stores were designed to appease franchises while making the quality of one brand of food less than the other.

It's a shame that franchises can't focus one brand and stay loyal to it but this isn't a business and entrepreneurship college class, this is a review.

This A & W menu isn't the same your going to find in Sweet Home. In fact, I would prefer A & W food in Sweet Home over Lebanon. Even the location at the Chevron station on Hwy 34 and I5 is better.

I remember this first time I visited Albany in 1982 at the original A & W when it was across the street from Fred Meyer. While Harman has a combo store in Albany as well, it is the same situation where the KFC menu is better than the A & W menu.

A & W isn't a part of Yum anymore and I hope someday they can get their name off of these combo locations because their service to the brand name doesn't help them anymore.

My favorite place to eat. The best chicken ever. I love every single item on the menu. So very good and finger licking!

Spent 20 mins at the drive thru.after spending 5 mins at the menu trying to order 2 items from an employee that could barely speak English and couldn't understand basic stuff on the menu. Food was greasy and stale like it had spent a few hours under the heat lamps. I don't know how they stay in business.

Got quite a large order and everything tasted great, wish they wouldn't have been out of cookies that day, but received a bisquit instead.

There was no ice cream and that made me sad so i cryed also the fries were as soggy my dogs chew toy. Thanks

Friendly people but the onion rings weren't done all the way, at least they weren't very crispy.: (Chicken strips were good.

Had to Waite 15 mins to get my change and then another 45 mins to get my order that was cold. And got a free cookie. Grr

I ordered dark crispy and after 10 min they decided to tell me that they don't have any dark crispy but they did have white original, but if I wanted to wait 20 more minutes that they would cook me some and I thought that was nice of them thinking about
cooking the kind of chicken I had ordered and checking with me before they started cooking it so original white meat it was. This is why it sucks Mega Foods closed.

Tastes great, but the price has gotten WAYYYYY out of line for what it is. I can't justify $50.oo+ for a (smaller than they used to sell) bucket of chicken and potatoes & gravy. Too bad, too, cuz I used to get it often

I don't go for the chicken. I love their sides. The ice cream machine seems to be perpetually broken. Heartbreaking if you are set for a float.

It was good chicken the way it was kind of long considering they weren't really busy and a lot of the tables were dirty so maybe we just caught him after a rush I don't know but it's not a bad setup because there's an A&W and KFC in the same building so if you're not a KFC fan you can have an w

Fantastic food, friendly service and even a fun little bouncy ball pinball game inside! Clean, fun theming indoors as well. Impressed

$ 30.8 piece, Nothing to eat sides with no butter or honey salt pepper paks. No napkins. An then my sides where mixed together, an no gravy for potatoes. So not good time.

Very rude staff. We were over charged and when we asked about a refund the cashier said he doesn't think he can cause he doesn't know how and when we suggested involving his manager he said he doesn't think he can cause his manager would get mad at him. We'r had to go directly to the manager to problem solve and get a refund cause cashier wouldn't. And this isn't the first time they have tried to over charge us

This place is great! It's combined with an A&W so you get lots of choices here. Want fried chicken and Cheese Curds and Onion Rings? This is the place to do it!

Sucked. 20 minutes waiting in drive thru line and another 10 minutes parked in front of the store waiting for 6 pieces of chicken tenders.

I am a former employee and would not recommend anyone to work there. There are too many things wrong to list but trust me, they don't care about you, just your money

50 cent ice cream comes all they got that i like and last couple timesthe girl at drive thru window had horrible service
