Killer Burger Medford

Burger was tasty enough if you can get past the salt. WAY, way too salty and quite pricey. Also the music was so loud it was impossible to hear anything at all. We probably won’t go back.

Food was super good. I think other reviews that are complaining that it's too expensive are comparing the price to in and out, but I think the pricing was very fair for the quality. Staff asked us multiple times if the food was ok. They bussed our tables. Food came out quickly. We will definitely be returning!

We love eating here. Service is a hit or miss sometimes, but mostly have had a pretty pleasant experiences. My only thing really is the phone number given on the website doesn’t work and you can’t get through to order for pick up and the tab on the app doesn’t allow you to either. OH and if you are ordering online there’s no option to add grilled mushrooms. Other than that we love them!:)

Not saying he should be fired, but definitely trained better. Ordered a Halloween kids meal for my child. It came up with only the burger. When I asked about it The gentleman working the counter got very aggressive with me and told me I should have ordered the meal. That’s exactly what I ordered and the $5 Halloween kids meal was? Mind you. After arguing with me and raising his voice, I told him that was unnecessary and to please show me the respect I was showing him. He asked if I wanted to speak to the manager. Naturally. Long story long, boss comes over and confirms my statement. They made it right but dude that was working the front never apologized or came back out from the back. Foods still good

I wanted to try their unique peanut butter burger but cashier made a mistake and got me a classic burger. (realized it after i got home) The classic burger was really disappointing. Rich and flavorful patty was completely overshadowed by acidity of pickle and their house sauce. I don't recommend it. Fries were on salty side.will not return.

Heard about it. Tried the chicken sandwich. I like Chick Filet better but it was fairly good. I'll try the peanut butter burger next time.

This was my first visit to the Medford location. I had the Bender Burger with fries. Both were great, the amount of bacon that comes on the burger is excellent. I got ranch, BBQ, and habanero sauce for dipping my fries all were delicious however they cost $. 50 each.

The burger was awful. A cross between a taco and a burger dipped in mustard, they completely mixed up the toppings between the burgers we ordered. The ranch was sour tasted like it was left out for day then served.

Place is really good I got the farmhouse burger the egg on was amazing and the beef patty is really tasty I couldn't taste the ham but the bacon was thick and amazing. The only thing that was wrong is it's really expensive. It was 18.00 for one person to eat that's with fries and a drink. Not very fond of the French fries mine were semi cold. The peanut butter sauce is pretty good BBQ sauce was good too nothing to rave about. The staff were beyond nice I would definitely recommend to a friend and will more than likely come back again

Overpriced quality, value and taste. Definitely not worth the hype. Fries are not house made, the burger patty crumbles, music is blasting so loud you can barely have a conversation. Will not be returning.

Lyv provided excellent service to us. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. There is a lot of flavor in the food. If you are craving a hamburger or a chicken sandwich, I would highly recommend this restaurant.

Burger was pretty good to me.had their classic. My friend didn't care for it. But we both agreed that the fries were spectacular!

Best burgers in Medford! Great atmosphere with 90s music and very chilled. The burgers were very tasty with so much flavor! I had a gluten-free bun, and it's definitely the best gluten-free bun I've had this far. Their fries were so good, along with their dipping sauces. The only critique is that I wish they had bigger sizes in dipping sauces because it's a bit small, but I definitely would eat here again. The cashier was really great and had great recommendations. He also checked on us twice, which was really cool.

I was so excited that Killer Burger is now in Southern Oregon. It sounds crazy, but the Peanut Butter Pickle Burger is straight up one of the best burgers I’ve ever had. The peanut sauce is sweeter than you’d expect, and is the perfect counterpoint to the decadently meaty burger patty and salty, flavorful bacon.

Seriously, it’s really really good.

Took a friend here, because i haven't had it since I was in Portland. Told him its better than 5 Guys (his favorite), he said "no way". We left, i asked again, he said "i hate to say it but you're right, its better". Burgers are fantastic!

The quality and ingredients were awesome. THE BURGER WAS THE BOMB, FRIES WERE EVEN BETTER. 5 STARS ALL THE WAY.

Waited 40 minutes for my 2 burgers, after going up to the window for the third time to ask if my order was ready she said oh it's been ready sitting here the whole time, they never called my name, frustrating but atleast she said sorry. But that's not it, I get home to find both of the burgers were wrong.both labeled on the box correct but inside was a complete different burger. So that was a big waste of time because I don't like onions which is on one and allergic to peanut butter which was on the other so now I'm hungry and down 30 bucks! Thanks
