6BEST Korean food cart in Portland. I’ve been coming here over the course of 3 years and every single time it’s fresh, delicious, and they have never made any notable changes to the quality. Wish they’d open another truck closer to Clackamas/Oregon City, but I’m still willing to drive the 40 minutes from Canby when I get the craving.
Great food cart with a few meaty options for you to enjoy. The bulgogi was on the thicker savory side but was absolutely fantastic.
Japchae without shittake mushroom is supbar. Please don't skimp out on real ingredients. The food used to be way better. Charge more and make it right please. Long time customer.
Got the Bulgogi Bibimbox and it was super tasty. The gochujang sauce was delicious, just hot enough throughout the whole meal to clear my sinuses like only Korean food can. Really good serving size for the price ($15 at the time of writing this)
I got the Bulgogi Bibim Box and it had a lot of great flavor but the quality of the beef was a little lower than I thought it would be. It was a little fatty and not cut all the way through. I would go back though!
Best food ever! I ate leftovers for three meals! A must if you’re in the Portland area! Lucky enough to see the man himself!
