I took my wedding ring to King's for repairs because I love that they do all the work in house. My ring needed a lot of work to get back to original condition. I knew it was not going to be cheap but the price I was charged was the exact price I had expected to pay for all the work and the price of gold. Not only did I want the repairs done but I wanted the shank replaced with a European shank to be more comfortable for me to wear. I just picked up my ring yesterday and was blown away at how perfect the repairs and shank replacement was done. I would say my ring looks better now than it originally did. Everything was done exactly as I wanted and is so comfortable to wear I hardly feel it on my finger. Thank you so much for the beautiful work you did. It was worth every penny, my only regret is not doing it sooner.

Great place to shop they had just what the wife wanted

I went into this jewelry store to get my grandmothers repaired so I could wear it. They never even acknowledged I was even there. Mind you I was in there for over 30 minutes. They were tending to other customers but usually a good Customer Service would say hello I will be with you shortly, I didn't even get that. I left and was very upset. To me this was rude.
