If your son/daughter is willing to work hard for their goals, Kingdom Elite is the place to get them to those goal. As an athlete at Kingdom Elite who has had body image and confidence issues, Kingdom has taught me how to love myself and has helped me learn to stand up for myself. Being a Kingdom Elite athlete has also taught me new ways to manage my extreme anxiety. Technique and execution is also something that is focused on at this gym rather than just performing the skills needed. Cheerleading practices consist of: Stretching, Conditioning (cardio and strength training), tumbling, stunting, jumping, and dancing. I look forward to each practice and seeing the staff at Kingdom. Manager Arlean is an angel and extremely helpful and understanding, and main tumbling coach Derek Bray is an amazing coach and provides great corrections and guidance. Many fundraising opportunities also:)
