Joe, Vanessa, and the mechanics were amazingly generous and helpful in taking care of us when we broke down on the way to Burning Man. Our tow truck dropped us off in the parking lot after the service center had closed. We had valuable stuff on the roof and in the car, so we were going to call a taxi to do multiple trips to ferry our stuff to a motel. Plus it was raining.: (The dealership was open and once Vanessa knew our predicament, she opened the garage and let us push our car into the shop. Plus she then drove us to our motel!

When I first called Joe to tell him we were broke down, I’d called two other shops and they both said that it would be two weeks until they could help us. Joe said, “Get down here! ” It was such a relief!

We were 102 miles away, so Joe made his best guess based on the symptoms and made sure an alternator was available. The alternator proved to be only the first problem, so Joe and the mechanics worked on the puzzle until they had us fixed and ready to go!

Joe was great at keeping us updated on the progress and making sure our stay in Klamath Falls was enjoyable. Such a nice guy with a great sense of humor and a commitment to making customers happy. Thanks so much!

I have visited this place 3 times in the last week getting many different parts and everytime I have the parts department people have been very nice even going a step further to make sure I am getting the correct parts.

Extremely poor after market service from this dealership. We purchased and paid in full for our vehicle. Only one key fob was provided. Was told 2nd key will arrive in April, no news - in May salesman said July, still no key. Further messages and email and calls to dealership met with no respond and manager Tim called me but became very irate on the phone. Yelling at your customer is not the way to go! Terrible after market service.

Recently bought a 4Runner from this dealership and the staff were great. Super friendly, easy to work with sales folks. No pushy add-ons or upselling.

Not so great is the fact that they don’t take any out of state financing (including online banks or credit unions) which means your loan options are limited and you’re unlikely to get the best rate possible. Would totally give 5/5 stars except for that.

After 1 year of car ownership, I can officially say I would rather walk then but a car here ever again. I’ve had nothing but issues, and absolutely zero help. After a year, I’m still fighting over an issue I had with the purchase of my vehicle. Travis Transue is the salesman who “helped” me with my car buying experience. It was more like a car buying trip. I’m a younger person, who had an interest in a vehicle they had. We had agreements over the phone in a price. When I got there, I wasn’t even offered a test drive. Immediately pushed to sign papers that I didn’t understand. And even after a verbal agreement that I didn’t want a warrant, oil changes, or anything more than the car. I was still given them without my knowledge. After signing about 12 papers in a matter of minutes, I was excited and blindsided. Not even 3 months later I had dangerous vibrations with the brakes that were “replaced” by the dealership. And the stereo was acting crazy. Phone calls, emails, ect. No help. Would STRONGLY advise not going here!

This is hands down one the best car dealership I've ever dealt with. Buying a car can be a long stressful process, but not with Klamath falls or KC! I have test driven cars that took longer than it did for me to fill out the paper work and bring my new car home.

This is by far the best dealership I’ve done business with. We have been waiting for more than a year from a another dealership. Reading the good reviews from Klamath Falls Toyota, we decided to give it a try and everything was done online since we live out of state. After just about 2 months we were surprised our van is already on lot. Levi is amazing who helped from the very start of this transaction. Constantly giving me updates through call and text messages. When we arrived to the dealership to get the van I met with KC, and he’s pretty awesome as well. Everything went smoothly. Everybody was very friendly, up front and no BS. KC is the man! He made the out of state buying experience from beginning to end more seamless than the local in state dealers in CA. He was up front, didn't add any BS markups or "mandatory" packages and options. Simon the finance manager was super nice, explained everything and was non pushy. Everyone there smiles at you as you walk by. Service like this is hard to come by. I will be back for more vehicles for sure even if it is a 5 hour drive!

I bought my vehicle through someone else and I needed a trip permit until the license plate comes in they refused to give me one because they had already issued me 2 I couldn’t drive my vehicle cause I didn’t wanna risk being pulled over by the police and have children I have to drop off at school so it was definitely a hassle so I reached out to Klamath Falls Toyota store #3 (I believe) I spoke with a Cynammon H and she was able to get me a trip permit for 3 months hopefully by then I’ll have my license plate! I cannot thank her enough she went ABOVE & BEYOND to help me and I wasn’t even their customer! Thanks Cynammon, Jessika Richardson, & Juan Maldonado I appreciate you more than you know!
