9I want to say that the folks here are extremely helpful especially now that they're forced to work remotely at home due to Covid.
Wasn't open during listed hours, assuming because of Covid. Wasn't listed on the website as not available for walk ins. Took a star because of the gas I spent dropping off my paperwork.could have emailed.

Powers been disconnected and they tell me I've gotta wait 5 weeks to even get a status check on my application! And it is the end of November! Can you say BBBRRRRRRRR! My house is Freezing! I think I may sleep in my truck, at least it's easier to heat with your breath!
They are truly helpful. Staff can be stiff sometimes but they always make sure I'm taken care of.
This group has helped me and my family a few times over the last 10 yrs. A community necessity here in Klamath Falls and surrounding cities. Thank you KLCAS!
They could be a lot faster with there services and if there is a mess up with the checks, they should have same day check loads on the cards
