1 I had to give 1 star as there is no option for no stars
Beware! I entrusted this company to do a job for me:
-gave them a deposit check to get on the waiting list
-they had no problem cashing it
-waited months and months-I finally called them and Kimberly said that they have lost some workers and they are backed up on jobs
-at this point, I wanted to hire another company to do the job
- I called/emailed Kimberly about getting my deposit back
- I filled out the reimbursement paperwork (in May) and was told that a check would be mailed out
-I have called and emailed so many times (I have lost track) but only got a few responses back
-it is now September and I have not received the check (Kimberly said the “check is in the mail”). Everybody has heard that one!
