The folks running this place are as genuine as they come, and they'll make sure things are done right. I wholeheartedly recommend them. They're hardworking, know their stuff, and there isn't a bit of that upselling nonsense you see everywhere nowadays. When it's time to upgrade, you bet I'm coming back here first. Yesterday was the second day that I had the privilege of working with Kevin. First time I came in my chemical balance was all over the board with my tub and it was creating some not so favorable issues with the water. After talking with Kevin about it, he put it into a perspective that anyone could understand. Dealing with chemicals and PH was nerve racking before our talk. Within minutes I was out the door with the chemicals and knowledge to safely take care of my own tub. The second time I came in with gasket issues and once again, Kevin was there for the rescue. Not only was I given bad advice from another tub dealer, I was given the wrong parts. Kevin assured me that the new parts that he gave me were the correct ones. 20 minutes later I was convinced that he is the only tub shop to visit. I’ve had hot tubs for over 15 years, and he is by far the most honest and knowledgeable person when it comes to hot tubs. Hot tubs are a daily part of my physical therapy, and when my hot tub is down, I need to get it back up and running fast and when I went to go visit Kevin, that’s exactly what happened.
