Kordell's Garden Center

My favorite nursery in the area! They have a great selection of plants, including lots of varieties you don’t see other places. Wonderful herbs, veggie starts and shrubs as well. The staff is always friendly and helpful.

Absolute WORST customer service! The staff is extremely rude and unprofessional! I have shopped here multiple times and every time the staff acts annoyed answering questions. Staff member rolled his eyes when I asked if they carried a certain kind of mint. On a different occasion the staff member stopped helping me to help another person who came and interrupted as I was already being helped and then never came back to me. Maybe try hiring staff members who want to help customers and don’t act annoyed when asked questions! I am usually the last person to give negative feedback.totally disappointed and I will never shop here again.

It's only April 1st & Kordell's Nursery (now called Stafford Ridge Nursery-new owners) had everything I needed to fill my shaded garden. I was impressed with how healthy their plants are & the wide assortment. We had many questions & the owner & employee's were always there to answer them, show us where the plants were located & gave us extended information about them. This was my first time there & I will definitely go back. I've already told friends & family about this great Nursery.

Got everything I needed for my garden beds with excellent customer service, and they even helped me carry the big stuff into my car. Recommend!

They always have a fantastic selection of plants that are great for NW gardens-annuals and perennials, shrubs, some trees and fruit trees. Their fruit and vegetable plants are fairly extensive and always plentiful in season. They have gorgeous outdoor pots. They also have many beautiful indoor plant varieties. Best thing about Kordell's is their knowledge and advice! They are always well staffed to be able to offer great customer service and their knowledgeable staff can answer most plant questions as well as offer awesome advice when you come in with, "well, I want a shrub that will fill in this (shady, sunny, super steep, etc.) area of my yard, but I need it to be (under 3ft, over 15ft, etc.) tall and (10ft, 1ft) wide and by the way, the soil is really awful. It's best if it's a great color like (chartreuse, purple, etc.). Can you think of anything that would work? ". I often arrive with challenges like this and am regularly impressed by their ideas. I am a lifelong gardener with immediate family in the garden and landscaping business, so I am fairly knowledgeable (but from the east coast, so their local knowledge is tremendously valuable) and I just love coming here and picking their brains! Hope you enjoy them just as much!
