Great selection and awesome customer outreach. Independently owned to my knowledge and creatively set up to attract gamers. Very comfortable and open space for all the gaming experiences; Magic: The Realm, Pokemon and etc. All the products anyone would need to enjoy a night of competitive or laid back gaming experiences. Inclusive to all interests and hobbies. As well as a devoted section to card management and organization. Included is a sport card selection but the main focus of the store is Gaming. 5* to ownership and staff! Thank you for the great trades and valuable knowledge. Enjoy the event schedule and participate with your friends.

Had a terrible experience with their support during an online order. They had every chance to turn it into a positive experience and went out of their way to make it negative instead.

TCGPlayer has a known reputation for sanitizing the feedback of their star sellers. I can only assume Kraken is replying here because it’s not as easy to get Google feedback removed.

Kraken is unsurprisingly misrepresenting themselves in their reply. Their shipping protection for my order was very substandard and caused a bend in my card. I left neutral feedback, because while the condition was manageable, the result could have been much worse - to which they offered a refund or a discount on a future order. I thanked them for their thoughtfulness and declined the refund, but I was accepting of the discount so I could see how they improved. I edited my feedback to be positive under the assumption they would hold to their word. Instead, Kraken chose to block me after the feedback was edited to be positive. This is the source of my negative feedback both on TCGPlayer and here - not the card condition itself, but the incredibly shady way they chose to handle the situation. Afterwards, they spent more effort trying to ensure my feedback was removed than they would have spent to simply follow through in the first place. Again, I had already edited to give them positive feedback! I stand by my review and have receipts to back up every stage of the conversation that led to it.

Amazing people here. Extremely knowledgeable and easy to talk to. Cards were priced fairly and they even took the time to explain/teach why some cards are graded differently. Noticed some of their cards also didn't meet their own condition standards and promptly adjusted the prices. I travel across the country and like to check out the local card shops and I have to say Kraken cards might have been the best experience I've had so far. Cheers!

Great place. Staff is always nice. Would definitely recommend. I only have a couple of suggestions: 1) they would benefit greatly from stocking their single-card Pokemon display cases with more cards, and 2) better organizing their storage area. The last 2 times I went in asking for more niche cards, the staff said they were all in the back room and they didn't know where to find them, but to come back another day when a specific person would be in to help me. Unfortunately, the time and day they'd be in didn't work with my schedule.

I’m hoping this was just a one time bad experience but I was informed by staff that they basically did not take walk in orders. I wanted to purchase a couple of mtg cards from the display case but was told it has to go through the online ordering system. Very disappointed.

Clean store with all the basic products like card sleeves, individual cards, booster packs, and board games. I enjoyed seeing what they have and will likely visit again.
