Krispy Kreme, Portland OR

I arrived 10 minutes before closing there were 2 cars ahead of me and there were 3 cars behind me the service representatives turned off the lights inside of the store and and refuse to acknowledge us. I drove half an hour here. This is ridiculously unprofessional, I understand it might be minimum wage work but you at least need to let people know that we can't serve you right now instead of letting us sit in line this is unacceptable absolutely ridiculous. I have run overnight shifts before And I'm appalled at how poorly these workers take care of their customers.

We were given the wrong doughnuts. We kept having to repeat over and over on what we wanted and it still wasn't right. So teenage kid probably too stoned to function.

Whenever I am in the area I always have to stop and pick up at least a dozen donuts. Wish there was a store closer to my home. But, it's always a good day when I do come across a Krispy Kreme!

My Super Perfect Donut Master tonight was fantastic yet again and everytime I go back I hope they are working because I know my experience is above the bar every single time! How could you not return?

Ordered donuts directly from their website to gift. Declined 2 cards. Charged 3rd card twice. Best they would do is refund the duplicate delivery/service charge. Never again.

The doughnuts are always fresh and the people there are always so friendly! I also love the deals Krispy Kreme does for vaccinations and high school graduation. Keep it up!

My husband and I had a similar experience as another person that had posted a comment did.
We went through the drive thru and bought a couple of donuts.
I think for the amount that they charge the donuts should have all of the filling that they used to have.
It was only half the amount. Pretty skimpy.
We have found much better donut places closer to home.
I have noticed that the lines at Krispy Kreme used to be all of the way out of the parking lot.
Now, it seems like there's fewer and fewer cars.

I'm probably going against the popular opinion here. I got one for free after vaccination. Their doughnuts are tasty as you're eating, but there's enough sugar that your teeth hurt while you chew. But for me, the sugary-oil aftertaste is something that gives me immediate regret. Plus, of course, they're among the most nutritionally unhealthy things you can put in your mouth, but that isn't a showstopper for me (for things that are more worth it at least).

I went to the restaurant three different days and at different times and you were always out of your advertised special doughnut never got one

On the whole, Krispy Kreme has been on the decline the last ten years, but it's worth it to pop in for a free donut.

Maybe I'm just used to Joe's donuts in Sandy Oregon but the last 2 times I've been here the donuts taste old or something.

Unless the staff yells at you or something, you should enjoy Krispy Kreme. I wish I could eat here every day and not die of the beetus.

I ordered half a dozen glazed cream filled donuts, and there tryna act like I don’t know what I’m talking about. “It’s original cream filled donuts” that’s what the lady at the window said to me. Please she’s acting like where at Starbucks. Tapping her nails at the window, her attitude was terrible if she doesn’t treat customers right than she shouldn’t work there. And she had the audacity to say have a good day it’s 9
O’clock at night they need to check there employees and test them to see if there on drugs.

Must do- download the app. Lots of new member perks. The stuffed with cream (not Boston cream) glazed or chocolate are to die for. Sugar high all the way! No guilt needed with these sweet treats!

Hey we were waiting for a someone and they came out to ask is if we were ok with all the snow and getting stuck they were awesome just to ask is if we were ok. Definitely going to go back there just because of that. Oh and of course their donuts lol

I ordered the special 1 day only "Mars Perseverance" donut dozen. They were delicious but a bit pricey. I ordered online at 12: 15am from the online ad and picked up the next morning in store. It was fast and safe!

Great customer service. GREAT donuts! And they even had hot FRESH coffee at 9pm! THAT is how donut shopping should be done!

I've always had great service, but if you get a coffee, just double check to make sure it's not chocalate cocao-powder, mixed with warm water.

Folks here make great donuts and are very friendly. Last time we were there it was New Year's Day and they were very accommodating to some folks who were obviously still celebrating from the night before.
