I had full coverage. At the time of the accident my car was running great. After the accident it was not functioning. They refused to cover the cost of repairs. Don't trust this company.

Worst insurance I ever had! All they care about is saving themselves money! We pay our insurance for a reason! Absolutely scammers! Don’t get this insurance. You will pay out of pocket after your deductible! TIMOTHY LEWIS is the absolute worst manager. They all get commission bonuses off of saving GEICO money. Super sad. I’m canceling my service immediately!

They added my nephew to my policy with out my approval raising my insurance over 200 dollars and won't take him off without me providing proof. This is ridiculous, this is not a way to run a business.

The worst car insurance I have ever had. They have raised my premiums multiple times in the past 3 years that I have had them. No reason either except for “inflation”. Absolute worst customer service. I’m young, but you have to be kidding me if you think I’m going to start paying $178 a month after paying $100 because your company hasn’t budgeted for inflation costs. And if you get their renters coverage? EXPECT EVEN WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE. The lady I spoke with on the phone was so incredibly rude and she could care less if I had coverage or not. Will make sure to let everyone know Geico is awful and only cares about money.

Geico is trash. Was a consistent customer for years with no accidents. Then one day I get email stating insurance going up $400 on top of original amount because Oregon is a high risk. I just laughed and canceled, I called progressive and got better insurance terms for $200 less than my original insurance through geico. Please do yourself a favor go go elsewhere. Thanks geico for making me go to progressive, now I am a happy customer

25% increase in price with no notice. No accidents or traffic violations on record. Geico is blaming rate increases on climate change. Ridiculous. They must be hurting for more money.

I was trying to get a quote for my car insurance and the person on the phone didn’t personalize the experience. I tried to ask for the same agent who talked to me on the phone. But the people I spoke with were just robotic. I got transferred to the wrong person because they weren’t really listening to what I needed. At the end of the day the poor customer service made it hard for me to want to switch policies.

They really take the time to be kind and patient. The employees are trying their best and I appreciate it. Customers really need to learn how to treat people in customer service working their hardest. I appreciate the time y’all take to make sure my policy is perfect and my questions are answered.

The girls working there (the owner has an easier time controlling men rather than women) are awesome.sort of. They cover for the owner. They literally told me I couldn't buy insurance through anyone but them when it came to Geico! I bought it on line with no problems, my credit score is 814, that's how we are judged these days, avoid this Geico office and save a couple of of bucks enjoying buying your coverage on line.

Terrible experience getting a claim paid in full for vandalism to my car. Geico wants me to use their contracted repair shops, therefore they won’t pay claim in full at another shop. I have had experience with their contracted shop and the service and quality of repair is substandard. They are calling my preferred repair shop a “premium shop”. I guess Geico is not a premium insurance company then.

What’s the point of “saving 15% in 15 minutes” if in my time of need, they won’t pay a claim. Definitely, you get what you pay for…very disappointing experience!

It would have been a five-star except for she forgot to tell us that our payment was going to be taken out immediately not when the day the insurance starts other than that we are thankful for her help

My policy was canceled at an other insurance company because a couple of no-fault accidents, but GEICO was able to issue a policy insurance coverage to me in a heart bit, no hassle. Thank you GEICO.

This review is not for this particular agent but the company as a whole. Refrain from purchasing insurance from Geico. Yes, they have low rates, but as soon as you need to use your insurance they stonewall all estimates from the body shop. My car has been in the shop for over 2 months while Geico was trying to undercut what needed to be repaired and have the body shop do sub standard repairs using shoddy replacement parts. My vehicle has been done for over a week now and Geico refuses to release the vehicle back to me, which for some reason they have a right to. Avoid Geico like the plague.

Edited to add. The agent responded, I reached out to the email address she gave with the requested information. True to Geico’s customer service, I have not heard back. Maybe by the end of the year I'll hear back. I don't even know if Geico actually has claims adjustors or customer service agents because no one ever responds. Spend a little more money and go with a reputable insurance company. The service can't be any worse.

Kylie is awesome. She works here at the Beaverton location and help me understand my insurance policy. Kylie even was able to help me by lowering my policy about 50$ by making a few adjustments. I wanted to say you can call this Geico location and knowing your getting knowledgeable and professional insurance representative. Thank you for being local. Thank you being being helpful and making my life less stressful. Just from the experience I got from Kylie I think she should get a bonus or a raise.

It is very funny that after two weeks I could not get insurance from this company because they say they should send the papers to my home address and I should sign them and send them to the office of this company. I was able to get my insurance from another company within 20 minutes.
