I love my beautiful nails, very kind women. Very good quality nails. Would recommend over some of the “high dollar” salons in Medford. Mine are pristine! ️

Have been going to these girls for 10 years now. They are extended family. They truly care for you as a person. Best people ever!

The salon was clean and the staff was nice, they fit my 2 girls in on short notice, and have them cute gel manis for school.

They did great on my nails all the lovely ladies there were very nice, the nail tech didn’t talk to me much which was okay. She did make me bleed on most of my cuticles which I didn’t like but they healed in about 2-3 days.

They called me back and made room for me cuz I was only in town for a little while. Very nice and great job!

Nail tech used dremel tool to take off gel paint even though she already knew the old nails were loose and coming off. She ended up taking off my skin on my finger next to nail. My finger was bleeding and it really hurt! She didn’t even apologize! She said it wasn’t her fault, she said it happened because my nails were loose. She knew my nails were loose, so she should have known better. I refused to let her continue, so another tech took over. She was very slow and although the finished nails looked OK, I was still not happy. My finger is scabbed over and still red and sensitive. I would Never recommend this place.

Nancy did a fill for me and repair on a horrible botched job done somewhere else. She did a great job they look amazing and I couldn't be happier with the level of care she took to make sure they were perfect!

I got my ingrown toe nail fixed then the day after it was gone no more pain. They cut the toe off, just kidding they did do a really good job though.

I very rarely write reviews but, I had to this time.
I had two different nail technicians and two different experiences in one appointment. The first one was awesome, very friendly, kind and helpful. She made great suggestions and I felt the reviews was wrong about this place. Until I had the second technician for my pedicure she was rude she criticize my feet saying I make a lot of work for her. Not only that, she publicly embarrass me in front of my friends and the other customers making a great show on how difficult my Pedicure was. Which include facial gestures and sounds. To top everything off I started off with $55 pedicure and manicure which turned into a $65 Without even telling me she add the extra cost. Her reasoning was because it was a lot of work to finish my pedicure. In addition to everything else my nail polish was lumpy and smeared I asked if she could correct it, the nail technician blamed me. I will never go to this place again. My friends and I have already worn several of our friends not to step foot in this place. If it wasn’t for the first nail technician I would give Beautiful nails one star.

The lady told me $35 for my full set. I requested clear sparkles faded into a white tip. She faded them and once she filed them it became a very uneven line between the two colors. The nails were thick, bumpy and crooked. She was frustrated when I asked her to fix one of my nails. I walked out paying 54$ and they were AWFUL! After all the time I spent there, and my efforts to explain what I wanted. I knew had I asked for them to be redone, they would have turned out worse. She rushed and didn’t care about what she was doing. WILL NEVER GO BACK!

My friend and I had an excellent experience.they were friendly and very honest about what our feet needed! The price was very reasonable!

No good! Spent $55 and an hour and a half for a fill yesterday.paid extra for gel color and chrome finish and today all the polish is flaking off, not even 24 hours later. Even gave my lady a nice tip for mother’s day.never again

Since there isn’t a review option for BEAUTY NAILS (which is the first one and upstairs) I highly suggest you go there because they were very nice, were gentle, and did an amazing job on my set and pedicure which were both French tips. Go there instead of to beauty nails ll because they are much better.

Nancy is amazing! My nails are always awesome and I am a pretty picky person when it comes to my nails. I don't have issues with them falling off. I get to get my nails done late in the evening which is the only time I really have time to get my nails done so it's very convenient. Her coffin shapes is always on point and she knows my line of work and knows I wash my hands allot so she does everything to make them stay on and stay durable. Thanks Nancy for your great service

I asked for round glitter faded french tips with silver stripes. I brought a photo of exactly what I wanted and picked a stick from their choices that was extremely similar. The lady refused to give me the stripes as she thought it would look ugly. I asked her 3 times and insisted I wanted them and she still refused even though it's an option on their price list. I asked for more glitter and she said no. I left with a $54 fat french tip that was perfectly square because she forgot and I didn't feel like having her pull off and re cut and file the nails. I asked for an accent finger and she said that was too complicated. Will never return. On the plus side the gal who did my sisters nails did a great job.

I have been going here for 5 years. Not only are they super nice and affordable, but none of my nails have ever lifted.

Pretty upset that it took over 1 hour and 20 min to do a fill, because she would stop to watch tv and talk to other employees. Also drilling my nail as she's looking away! Couldn't do the color I wanted because their too lazy to take off my old nails that were red tips so I had to pick dark colors to cover the red. All have attitudes. I would say this was the only time they didn't cut me and make me bleed! Last time I'll ever spend a lot of money here!

Sonia (I hope I am spelling her name right) did my daughters nails today. She is very thorough and did a beautiful job.

Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else for a pedicure. I just wasted 35 dollars and the opportunity for some kid free relaxating at this place. I wish I could give them zero stars as nothing was positive from this experience.

The Pedicure = Sub par to other similar “economy nail salons” they do not provide nearly the same level on service as other places that cost the same. No scrub, gel, or lotion just some greasy oil. The nail polish application was sloppy and bad enough that I will be redoing them even though people don’t look that close. They also require more tools that you have to buy that other salons do not.

The atmosphere = I was initially greeted with the comment “Hurry, pick a color” however, I didn’t understand her the first time and actually thought she said I couldn’t have a color. Every woman working today was not smiling.until we handed over the money. They spoke to each other continuously in a foreign language. Unfortunately, I can only assume that they were speaking about the clients (I could be wrong) It honestly seemed like we were ruining their day by wanting pedicures. It was uncomfortable and I was actually happy your pedicure was so short because I was ready to leave. As a sidenote, no one was waiting for a pedicure and five minutes later after we left all the pedicure chairs were empty. The place was dead.

I did not say anything to them as I truly felt that I would just get attitude. Of course I would not get a refund as they had signs all over that they did not do that. I sure as hell was not going to sit there another pedicure hoping to get something better. I’ve learned my lesson I will stick to other locations.
