After searching for so long for a good nail salon I finally came across a good one! Very clean. Everyone is super friendly. Ask for Judy she does an amazing job

I liked La Belle for a year or so. Lasting gel manicures and nice pedi packages. However, my most recent experience with this salon will be my last. Went to check out and I was told first that they did not accept Apple pay, which was a surprise after I'd always used this card via Apple Pay here. When I pulled out my physical card, the only one I brought, they would not accept it either. I assumed maybe their system was down, but since I only had enough cash for the tip and didn't bring my debit card, I was stuck. Mind you, I had come to this salon for about a year up until this point and exclusively used this credit card via Apple Pay.

There was a bunch of back and forth - first Apple Pay wasn't working or accepted, than they claimed it was but they didn't take AmEx (even though it was on the sticker and the only card I used here before). I ended up just hovering my phone over the credit card terminal and sure enough, my AmEx went through via Apple Pay.

Making a scene like this over not wanting me to use this kind of card is so unwarranted. It was almost 10 minutes of back and forth in front of the entire salon. If you don't want to accept AmEx, don't. If your system is down, tell people before they sit for their appointment. I understand salons would love us to pay in cash, but it wasn't an option for me in that moment. I won't be back to be yanked around like that - felt scammy.

The first time I visited this salon, I got a pedicure. I got an infection under one of my toenails.
Giving them the benefit of the doubt I made a manicure appointment. I sat there for 15 minutes without being acknowledged. I left. I will never be back.

I recently visited La Belle Nail Salon for a much-needed manicure and pedicure, but unfortunately, my experience left much to be desired. From the technician's tardiness to her lack of engagement and unprofessional behavior regarding the tip, I was thoroughly disappointed with the service provided.

Firstly, I had booked an appointment in advance, expecting a punctual start to my treatment. However, the technician arrived late, leaving me waiting for an extended period. This lack of punctuality was frustrating and set a negative tone for the rest of my visit.

Furthermore, throughout the entire session, the technician hardly engaged in any conversation. As a customer, I appreciate a friendly and welcoming atmosphere, but unfortunately, this was lacking during my visit. The lack of communication made the experience feel impersonal and left me feeling disconnected from the service being provided.

The most disappointing aspect of my visit was the technician's assumption that she would receive a $25 tip from my change. When I politely asked for my change, she attempted to give me only $5, assuming the rest would be her tip. This behavior was unprofessional and left me feeling taken advantage of as a customer. It is important for service providers to respect the autonomy of their customers and not make assumptions about their gratuity preferences.

Overall, my experience at La Belle Nail Salon was far from satisfactory. The technician's tardiness, lack of engagement, and inappropriate assumption regarding the tip left me feeling frustrated and undervalued as a customer. I hope that the salon management takes note of these concerns and works towards improving their service standards to ensure a more positive experience for future customers.

I went on a weekday without an appointment and was able to walk in. Staff take their time with you for signature pedicure. Enjoyed nice conversation with nail technician. Definitely would recommend going solo or with friends /family!

I like my nails but they don’t cover my full nails and they are talking bad about you most times to the point where it can get awkward I would love to try another nails place if someone has any recommendations

I went into the nail salon today and got a pedicure and full set of acrylics.they told me the price for each in the beginning when i showed up, then as services continued they kept upping my charge.the guy who did my acrylic nails would not listen to me each time i would say something about the length or how sloppy he was being.they look like a toddler did them.at the end of everything they charged me $140

Went in for a manicure and pedicure with a friend and they squeezed us in and did both while we were in the pedicure chairs. We both opted for the premium pedicure and really enjoyed it. Overall we were satisfied with our services.

This salon has some of the rudest staff I’ve ever encountered! I do not recommend!
The lady that did my nails was extremely aggressive. She would literally push one hand away and slam her hand on the table to ‘ask for my other hand’. She nicked my skin twice while removing my old nail polish and it bleed. She never apologized or acknowledged anything happened. I actually wanted an ombré glitter but was uncomfortable asking for anything extra so I settled on one color.
When making my appointment on the phone, the lady never told me about not accepting credit cards. They have signs posted in several places about preferred payment of cash or check. Why wouldn’t they mention that when making an appointment? Luckily she accepted my credit card but was clearly annoyed about it.
The salon itself is absolutely beautiful and very clean. It’s unfortunate they have some RUDE staff!

I got these done 2 days ago and I already need them filled because they were not done correctly. I was charged $90 for these nails. They were super rushed doing my nails. They didn't push my cuticles back or fill in my nail all the way. The paint job on the side of the nails are very messed up. These nails definitely are not worth $90 plus a tip. This was my first time getting my nails done in 2 years and I don't get my nails done often. But I know what good nails look like. These aren't it.
