La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Central Point - Medford

Stayed 4 nights. Room was nice and bed was comfortable a ble. The only negative was the plug in socket on the lamps to charge your phone were worn out so as not to work

Very ghetto Quinta the pool area is filthy like black all around it I wish they would take more time in making a good impression on their guest I'll never stay here again. I want to stay in a clean facility.

Comfortable rooms. Good sized bathroom. Mostly, friendly staff. Hot breakfast. Indoor pool and spa. Nice exercise room. Wifi had some issues and front desk staff was not helpful "It's working here. Nothing I can do. "

Older hotel. Great mattress, great pillows.
Fridge, (no fzr) microwave. Great TV. (would not fit in my small car) Tons of channels. Close to everything.
Warm breakfast buffet

Miscommunication with Expedia. They booked my stay at 2 different citys same day show up to this hotel in which I was supposed to stay for the night and give me the news that my room was booked a night before. They wont give me a refund and tell me they are booked for the night. They said They are unable to refund because I booked with expedia and that they are the only ones that can help with the refund. Expedia actually tried a few times negotiating with Them because according to expedia the hotel has to approve the refund. So sad that this hotel lied and refused to do a refund and lose a costumer. Lost my money and couldn’t find any nearby hotel available to stay the night. With my kids. I will never book This hotel ever again. Very poor costumer service.

The only staff member we saw/spoke to our entire stay was awful. I never really write poor reviews but this was pretty bad. She was rude at check-in which is fine, i understand people have bad days, then we had to call the front desk because we were having a hard time getting the wifi to work and she told us there's nothing she can do and wouldn't connect us with anyone who could assist us and just very rude and hostile and unhelpful for no reason? Also the hotel looks much nicer in photos than it is in person.its very run down.

My husband and I stayed here for a week. We had a very nice relaxing stay. Everyone was nice and helpful.
The breakfast was nice. Tanika that did the breakfast was very nice helpful and friendly she always had a smile.
Everyone that worked the front desk was nice and friendly.
The only thing I wish the pool was warmer. Other than that. We had a nice stay. We will be back.

I was surprised how nice this hotel was. The room was clean and comfortable. I felt safe here and was pleased that there were amenities such as food and a Gas station right next to it.

We were in town for a concert, La Quinta has very reasonable rates, clean rooms, swimming pool, full breakfast in the morning, and right off the freeway. It was a delight, thank you.

This place is nothing like what’s advertised online. It is beyond filthy and disgusting. The staff is very rude and unwilling to help it’s guest what so ever. We checked into a room that was a disaster. Asked for it to be remedy and was told basically tough luck - had to go buy my own cleaning products to sanitize the room. I called all the hotels around as well were 4+ hours from home and were staying in town for a wedding, no other places had availability and La Quinta refused to remedy anything. Seriously just do yourself a major favor and DO NOT BOOK TO STAY HERE!

There’s not a way to attach the photos in which I took of this room but here’s issues that I addressed as soon as I checked in.
-A dirty tub in which looked like there was massive amounts of brown yellow residue - I was told it was candlewax and to deal with it.
-A stained mattress
-stained lampshades
-dirty surfaces
-chunks of drywall missing
-closet door missing
-Nasty stains around the door frames

We came to stay for a night on our way home from our trip. The room smelt like pee when we first walked in. We then later realized that the bedsheets were no clean. They reaked of cologne all sorts of other smells. There was also chips on the toilet seat which is not very nice to have. Overall the staff was also just really unhelpful. I would definitely recommend a different place.

We stayed overnight for concert in Jacksonville. Room was large & clean, only drawback was that it looked over the freeway, but we didn't hear too much freeway noise. We enjoyed swimming in the pool during the warm afternoon. We were the only ones using the pool at the time. Hotel was easy to locate off the freeway exit ramp.

We arrived early evening to find out they had give our room away. Not happy with service. The manager hung up on me when I tried to call to find out why my room was given away and what could be done to fix the situation. I WILL NEVER BOOK WITH THEM AGAIN!

The room itself looks nice BUT.no water pressure in the shower. Half the lights didn't work a couple outlets don't work. Only had one towel and no wash cloths. The bed is super comfy

Horrible room. Booked a handicapped room but I was told it was unavailable after checking in and seeing the room. Room was so small it did not have anyplace to put your baggage. They would not charge my room even though I was there early

Checking in like to a restaurant not hotel. An ugly morning staff was rude, breakfast closed way too early. Very cold uninviting check out.

Great Motel, very clean and staff was so helpful and friendly. The room was spotless and quiet, I recommend it to anyone and by the way, you can carry your pet I free of charge.how good is that *****

Basic Interstate hotel. RIGHT next to the exit ramp. Road noise wasn't bad on the third floor. Lower levels could be annoying. Nothing fancy, nothing bad. Key cards weren't working like they should. Pool was COLD, stayed in the hot tub. Breakfast has the usual waffle, eggs, sausage, cereal. Get it fast, only from 6-9 in the morning.

Night front staff was great. Room was not the cleanest and the door system sucks. Had to play around with the keys everytime we went into the room. It was frustrating. My son turned it into a how many times will it take this time game.
