Went in to the Medford store looking for all new furniture with a high budget to be greeted bye an old Karen type lady after a bit she started complaining about her job how no one at her job likes her she is really unpopular and they call her names because she is extremely liberal they are all a bunch of mean jerks and she tries to not let it bother her but she is sick of working with them. I didn’t really know what to say to all of that was strange and unprofessional. I expressed my opinion and she became triggered and unstable.was like wow you started the conversation I just came to look at furniture, she wanted me to leave so I did. Unreal, I am a working professional running a successful business making thousands of dollars a day, I have fired people for less. I was shocked she is clearly mentally unstable. I honestly will never shop there again they just lost a big sale because there was a lot of things I liked. Wow unreal. Just shut up keep it to yourself and do your job you are an employee you don’t own things you are dishonorable and disloyal to your company. If one of my employees did that? I’m sure it’s not the first time and it’s obvious why no one likes her. She should be grateful to have a job because no one else would probably put up with her. Telling me to stop talking, what? I will say whatever I want I love this country and I am a God fearing American. Looney Tunes nut case.

I bought one off the floor after about an hour trying them all at length.
It's a 7 hour turnaround driver for us.
Called in advance. Made sure of everything.

I bought a high performance fabric sofa for almost seven thousand dollars. In less than a year the fabric has balled up so bad that I took a picture into the store manager. The advice they gave me was to shave it. If I keep doing that it will have holes in it. I can see me buying a new sofa in my near future. But it will not be from lazy boy.

Thus company is heartless and uncaring. My very frail 95 year old mother needed help with her recliner, as the controller wasn't working. Was told she would have to wait a couple of days to have it serviced. She had nowhere else to sit. In my opinion, any reputable company would have made exceptions and sent someone over to see what the problem was. She only lives a few miles from their store. Never will shop their again.

The staff are friendly and not pushy. The show room is laid out well and the furniture is comfortable and well built. We have purchased many pieces of furniture from La-Z-Boy and will vontinue to do so.

Went to check out rocker/recliners. Sales clerk met us as soon as we walked in. Showed us what we were interested in. Let us look at a few different styles and colors. No high pressure. We took our time deciding. They are having a sale.
Would go again if needed another chair.
