These folks were great! Friendly & helpful. Did a fast, good job on the chair repair. And *very* reasonable price.

We needed to get a new part. Drove to their warehouse, gave them the broken one, then got a brand new piece and no cost!
The people we saw and spoke too were friendly, and helped alot in our dilemma.

We took a recliner in to be fixed under warranty. They had it for over a month and when I went to pick it up it wasn't fixed. The foot rest wouldn't stay up and the fabric that was coming apart was not fixed. I refused to take it. I don't know what happens now but I will never buy a lazyboy again.

We got a great introduction on how to use the rocking chair. Appreciated the time they took for us. We could drive there immediately from the store. But we called to make sure the chair would be ready for us.

Very friendly office and warehouse staff. My furniture was ready for me to inspect when I arrived, then the warehouse staff rewrapped all five pieces and carefully loaded it all in my trailer. I gave only four stars because, after purchasing the furniture in Portland, you have to drive to the warehouse which is all the way down in Tualitan. For me, a 65+ mile round trip.

They made an error on the couch, told me its ok to see batting showing thru, i refused to pick it up, then i paid extra to have the care clean guard sprayed on and it wasnt done because the fabric was i clean so why did i pay extra for it? Im so angry. Im totally disappointed in lazy boy especially $3000.00 later.

Bought a rocking/recliner on 10/15/2015. Since day one it will not quit making loud clicking sounds when I slowly rock in it, maintenance has been out at least three times because the back keeps going flat, to re-stuff the cushions and the bottom right side of the leg extender, will not stay forward while the chair is reclined. Because I have a right arm missing and usually all recliners open from the right side, La-z-boy charged me close to $300.00 to switch the handle. After paying close to $1000.00 for a chair the employee recommended for someone with back problems, I take extremely good care of my belongings and not even THREE YEARS LATER I HAVE TO USE A PILLOW BEHIND MY BACK DUE TO THE LACK OF CUSHIONING IN THE RECLINER THAT I ASKED AHEAD OF TIME BEFORE PURCHASING, IF IT NEEDS TO BE STUFFED AT ALL AND THE SALESPERSON SAID NO. VERY VERY TYPICAL TO LIE TO A CUSTOMER JUST TO MAKE MONEY THESE DAYS. NOBODY CARES WHO THEY HURT OR TAKE ADVANTAGE OF!

Both office help and warehouse staff were friendly and quickly helped us to get our couch. Pleasant experience.

Th their customer service is great situation with our vehicle in Maine came out and helped us an extra cops on the road definitely great customer service

We were lucky enough to show up during a super Saturday sale at the Hayden Island store in Portland, Oregon. We were promptly assisted by Richard who was extremely patient and helpful. We found fantastic, USA made high quality furniture for a good price. Wonderful warranty and policy. We just got the furniture today and it is SO comfy. Definitely recommend. Great product & service.

Twenty one years ago we bought a leather recliner and it's still in really great shape. Today we purchased two chairs for our t.v. Room and look forward to many years of enjoyment. Our sales person was great too. Cost is higher than other places but the quality is fabulous. Really.

Those guys are fast and super nice. They loaded my stuff when I arrived and it was all ready on the dock for. Kinda like Les Schwab.

These are the nicest retailers around. I love shopping there and have purchased several pieces of La-Z-Boy Furniture over the past several years. The design consultants are helpful, and not pushy. Its fun shopping there.
