Emily was a huge help as we had 3 people with 3 different ideas of what we wanted and she was able to find the perfect recliners that we all agreed would work well in our home.

Emily was very good, she asked us the right questions to take us thru the process of deciding what we wanted and needed for our furniture. It was quick and painless to make a choices of our purchase, knowing the product will be backed by an excellent company, “Lazy-Boy”!

The store is very nice. The selection was great, and we were able to find something that worked for us. Delivery will be a few months if you get something that requires customization. Corey helped us find a couch, fabric, and price that we were happy with. I can't wait for my new furniture!

Today was the third time I've purchased from La-Z-Boy in Clackamas. No problems with any of those purchases or deliveries.

Robert was great, and let us wander around giving info when we needed it. This is our second LazyBoy recliner and we have always been happy with the quality

Corey is a very helpful salesperson. He did not rush me, checked in appropriately and was very informed on models and fabric choices. We have had good communication after the purchase regarding the delivery.

Love the furniture but for the expense, the time it take to actually get anything is ridiculous.
