Lake Marie Trailhead is a great place to start your hike in the Oregon Cascades. The trail is well-maintained and relatively easy, making it a good option for families with young children or those who are new to hiking. The trail winds through a beautiful forest of Douglas firs and pines, and offers stunning views of the surrounding mountains and valleys. After about 2 miles, you will reach Lake Marie, a beautiful alpine lake that is perfect for swimming, fishing, or simply enjoying the scenery. Beautiful little lake. The trail around the lake it's easy it doesn't take very long. Plenty of places to set or fish. I've never seen it very crowded. Simply beautiful
