Land Effects Inc. reviews
6I have used Land Effects for many years (5) to winterize my sprinkler system. After charging $75 per year for the service for the last three years (2018,2019,2020), out of the blue they billed me $220 for the same service this year. No notice of any price increase, no notice that the method of charging had changed, nothing. This is an increase of 193%. More disappointing, when I reached out to investigate, I received little help or explanation. Needless to say, I won't be using Land Effects for any work in the future.
Please double check all your driver's have valid licenses. Your company almost bought me a new car this morning because the driver didn't use a turn signal while merging into a turn lane and I was already in the lane and the driver in a truck with a big black trailer almost sideswiped me.
I live in Tetherow and engaged Tim and Land Effects to install pavers on our back patio and revitalize our front and back yard. Tim and his supervisor Javier did an absolutely amazing job. New irrigation, new rock formations, new retaining wall, new grass, new plants - the whole nine years - all look great. I cannot recommend these guys enough.
Update: Things are worse! Grass looks horrific, we're now on our THIRD dead tree. I hate spending so much every quarter to see such lousy results. I really want to show this business owner kindness because I understand how hard it is to find exceptional employees but c'mon man. Enough is enough.
We have a dead tree in our front yard and it’s been dead since last year. We even contacted Aperion as well as Land Effects and nothing was done about the tree.
Last week a good size rock left a golf ball sized dent in the fender of our SUV when one of their mowers cut into a flower bed. I emailed Land Effects and received no response.
On top of all of this, we have an amazing assortment of weeds that have been untouched.
Knowledgeable, professional and curtious.skilled staff through and through
