Few reasons for the low rating. 1. Lacking Product Knowledge. 2. Lacking Customer Service. 3. Higher Prices. I would only recommend going here when you need parts or equipment same day and would rather pay more to have it asap. In this Industry, downtime can cost thousands quickly so that's there plus.

I just had a technician (Matt) out here fixing our pressure washer. Tech was very helpful. Explained and showed me what the problem was, what it's going to take to fix it.

At the end of repairs, he ran me through what he did, what other things to look out for and some tips on how to use the machine to maximize the life of the machine.

Landa pressure washers are the Cadillac of pressure washers. This location does a good job of servicing my equipment. The service desk is not always well staffed with knowledgeable people, but they will pull out service professionals from the back warehouse as needed if you need further help. The repair work I have had done is always good and their prices are reasonable. These folks sell the solid, industrial quality pressure washers and not the big box store quality you might find at places like Lowes, Costco, Home Depot, etc.

Wanted to give a big shout out to Matt, Dan, and all the folks at Landa Northwest. I am a small one-man-band and these guys have kept my equipment running great for years. Top notch work at a good price. I may not be your largest customer, but I am your most appreciative.

12/6/18 1: 45am This has been the last straw for me with Landa / Karcher I have had repeated horrible customer service experiences at different authorized dealers and Landa's customer service line. I have talked to condescending employees that do not care about my business and I have been purposely hung up on when inquiring about a machine. I contacted the regional manager for Landa to file my grievance and I will purchase my machine and parts elsewhere.
Good luck selling your products treating people like this.

We've used several companies around town over the years to take care of our commercial pressure washers and Landa Northwest has been far and away the best! I especially appreciate their expertise and willingness to advise us on what works best for our situation. Thanks Tom and the crew!

I contacted LANDA NW when my Karcher pressure washer had a broken elbow joint where the water enters the unit. They said they do warranty work for Karcher, so they told me that I could get reimbursed from Karcher. I then dropped the unit off for repair, afterwards I contacted Karcher and they notified me that they do not do reimbursements. I then provided Karcher the information to LANDA NW and they called them and LANDA said I pushed them to repair it, which is not true. Now I am being told I need to pay about $120 for a minor repair on a unit I paid $240 for. I am now caught between Karcher investigating and LANDA not releasing the unit until I pay for the repairs. So far I am not pleased with the customer service.it's been 2 months now. Let's see how they settle. Will update with the outcome.

Went in this morning as a was in a pinch, paid $60 for a part that costs $20 at Portland Compreser. The guy was rude. Next time I need something I will drive across town to Portland Compreser!

These fellas have been more helpful than necessary, even before have purchased a single item from them. Their dedication to customer support has gotten our business next time we need parts for our water maze product. Thank you!

I live in Texas and needed a special part for one of my surface cleaners. No other company new how to get it or even what I was talking about. The person I spoke with, "GUY", knew exactly what I needed and was able to get it over nighted to me.

My company, Cascade Painting and Restoration, has used Landa pressure washers for years, and we've been very happy with the machines and the service.
