This is a late post but I am still, beyond, grateful for the work from Landerkings. After taking over my late Grandfather's house we quickly discovered several aspects of the house that needed help. Our back porch awning was in bad shape and almost dangerous condition. Landerkings came out and got straight to work. Not only is this a space that my kids can now play but also a cover between my house and my elderly disabled mother. Now, we can play outside and Nana can watch her grandkids play as she is unable to leave her house. Thank you Landerkings for giving us the gift of family time back. We will be using this company again!

We are very happy with the patio cover that Chad and his crew built for us. From the beginning, Chad was communicative, always open to questions and willing to talk through options. Due to certain design constraints, our project was a little bit different than the normal patio cover, but Chad took the challenge in stride and quoted a fair price. Moreover, when the original batches of cedar from the supplier weren't up to quality, he advocated for us and sent the wood back until he was able to provide a high quality finished product that will stand the test of time. It was well worth the wait. The crew was impressively efficient on construction day and now we get to enjoy one of the nicest patio covers that I have ever seen!
