I have dealt with their service department for almost 30 years and i find them knowledgeable and HONEST. They are not the cheapest around but if there are any doubts they are open to discussions. I have dealt with Chris on the white team since i retired and again very knowledgeable and great to work with.

The buying experience here was great, we have both ugh a handful of new vehicles over the years and by far Pete and Jennifer were the most helpful, knowledgeable, friendly and professional people we have dealt with. We have bought from multiple toyota dealers, Lexus, and Kia and multiple used car departments over the years and landmark blew all of those experiences out of the water. Thank you Pete and Jennifer, we look forward to seeing you all again in the future.

Not happy with my first experience, found oil hand prints on my doors, tire psi not at what I asked, and quick brush off of question. Not recommending.

Jim in sales was great. He was low pressure and helped me find the truck of my dreams. He was knowledgeable on finite questions, answering them with certainty. The process was quick and simple. Will definitely recommend Landmark to friends and family.

Bought a used car here:
Did I deal with a sales guy who didn’t answer my questions, was basically there to drive in the car with me, and failed entirely to address my concerns? Yessir!
Did I then get passed off to a complete jerkoff finance guy who tried to bully me into using their financing (despite having my own pre-approval from my credit union) ? You betcha!
Did it unnecessarily take about 4 hours before I left with my car? You got that right!
Is this different than any other “big” dealer experience I have had? Nope!
Someone will make a fortune based on a car sales model that rewards integrity and honesty. Buying a car shouldn’t be akin to oral surgery.

D'Arcy and his team made buying a car a great experience! We needed something on short notice and he helped us pick something that was a great fit. Then, he went above and beyond by delivering the car to our home since I didn't have a car to get to the dealership! He brought all the needed paperwork and walked me through everything. It was such and quick and easy process. I would completely recommend Landmark Ford Lincoln (and D'Arcy's team) for your next car purchase!

Easy to schedule an appointment for service at Landmark Ford in Tigard. They called me a week before stating that they need to re-schedule my appointment to another date. They were able to fit me in a few days later.
Brought my car in and they stated that it would take an hour. They were done within an hour. I was pleased.

I had the pleasure of working with Easten Haglund at Landmark Ford Lincoln. I scheduled an appointment to look at two cars specifically that I had found online and Easten was great about listening to what I was there for and what I was hoping to accomplish during the visit. After I test drove one of the cars, I ended up loving it, but wasn't sure it was the one I wanted. The next day, I sent Easten a message and asked if I could test drive it again. He worked around my schedule and made sure that he would be available when I came in again. He was great to work with, was really patient with me and was easy to converse with. He had a relaxed and calm demeanor which made me feel less stressed about the whole experience - because buying a car can be extremely stressful. A week later after purchasing he reached out to make sure everything was still good, asked if I had any questions and if I still loved the car which I appreciated. Everyone at Landmark Ford were great to work with and everyone made the process of purchasing the car really seamless, I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a car - used or new!

Excellent experience once again.we bought a used vehicle here two years ago and worked with Jim Warner. It was a positive experience and the vehicle served us quite well for two years but we outgrew it and needed an upgrade. After a diligent search, we found what we'd been looking for and once again it was at Landmark! So we headed up from Salem and randomly we ended up working with Jim Warner again. Also Jennifer Sturm in their finance department was super to work with. We drove away happy, once again.we already told Jim that we'd be back in another couple years! I recommend this dealership with two recent positive experiences to back it up. THANK YOU LANDMARK FORD

Ordered a F250 superduty about four months ago. I was updated during the wait, letting me know when it would be built and when it was in-transit. Upon its arrival I was scheduled to pick it up and the paperwork, orientation to the truck and the overall experience went great!

Update: Received a call from Sheri Wallace, explained some internal miscommunication. Landmark is going to make this right. Upgrade to 3 stars, maybe more after the corrective service. Old post: I took my 2007 Expedition in for a routine oil change and got talked in to a spark plug change, it had been about 7 years, so it was due. Service guy called me after a few hours about 'trouble with my vehicle'. The technician broke a spark plug off in the block. He told me my options were: a new engine for $8k, or a new head for $5k. He said it was "customer responsibility due to excessive rust and corrosion". I was in shock and got off the phone and then thought that doesn't sound right. Escalated this to the Service Manager, I wanted pictures and the policy that states that this is my responsibility. After a short time I received a call that they would remove the head and have it repaired, on Landmark since I wasn't provided an option to not do the plug removal when they found the rust and corrosion. Good thanks. After countless delays, three weeks and a couple days later, and only a few days of a loaner vehicle, I finally got the Expedition back. Runs a little rough at idle, then started making a progressively louder noise from the front of the engine. Turns out 4 bolts that hold on the main pulley leading to the fan were loose and the thing was basically flopping off center. Called the White Team Service, left a voicemail and texted to set an appointment to get the bolts tightened to engine specifications and proper torque. Going on 10 days, no response. Tightened them myself.

This is the third car I have bought from Landmark since 2005. I have had nothing but amazing experiences here from the sales team to the repair and automotive shop side of Landmark. I walk in each time knowing the car I want, I get a test drive and no pressure to upsell or look at anything different. I am not treated differently because I am a single woman walking in there, I am listened to and respected and because of this, I go back. Every. Single. Time. Thank you Landmark!
