Took longer to get order only ordered one thing and food wasn't as good as I thought it should be for the price.

Best place in Eugene for healthy, tasty food with extensive vegan options. Everything is great but I especially like the Spanky’s bowl (w.added spinach and medium salsa) and Veggie bowl (w.extra pickles and tahini dressing). Their cookies are superdelish! Super clean and pleasant atmosphere, friendly service. I love the Blair Street location but based on this past week’s meals (5/8 days – don’t judge!), this location may be even better. Long live the Laughing Planet Café!

The food is good. Let me just say, I can tell the difference when my body is metabolizing a meal with quality natural grown products vs.otherwise. The staff is a little better than the avg.restaurant staff you might get at a more commercialized restaurant. I can say the cashier was nice all of the three times I’ve been in there. But, I’m just so sick and tired of these otherwise good locations having less than stellar staff. If the food is 5 star but the staff isn’t it’s STILL a reflection of the leadership behind the scenes. Those of us who are working towards our goals want to believe that business owners and otherwise successful entrepreneurs have a mindset that reflects it, but when your hiring practices aren’t up to par that’s just not the case. When I’m having to listen to the unfunny jokes and personal conversations behind the counter and in the kitchen to the point I’m feeling a little harassed it’s not a good look and it’s still telling about the quality of the restaurant. In short, 5 star food with 3 star staff equals a 4 star restaurant, and that’s what you have here.

The food is fine but salad dressings are gross. They can’t just have a simple dressing for the overly-complicated salads. I just threw out an entire side salad after one bite because the avocado lime dressing tastes like vomit.

I have been here three or four times with my brother. I like this place. Ate the Mushroom Taco. I have partook of several different burritos, the SW Green Chili being the most recent. Good flavors, everything comes through, each and every ingredient. The little salsa that came with the taco kicked some nice, flavorful heat all over the place. The people who work here are a fine lot, indeed. I have no need for employees of any business to be nice. I can't ask for more than what I pay for. The Dominant Paradigm in the World of Customer Service has shifted. It is up to the customer to be kind, gracious, and patient. TIP! You rotten badtids! Don't be demanding, or crude, or sell important. Places like Laughing Planet will reward you for your humanity. I will most certainly be back for more culinary delights from this fine establishment employing fine people. Gary Bob sez check it out.

It's generally out of this world food. Yet not much laughing when I'm there. Not sure why

We got their Moroccan bowl and it was a joke. The bowl was half full, it was mostly couscous and the taste was lousy. Last time I went there.

One of my favorite restaurants! I love their chili and salad! You can’t go wrong eating here.

The food is exceptional, it is real food, the chicken and beef tasted as good as it did before they started modifying it with hormones, antibiotics and water. Our tacos were as good as any we have ever had and the grilled chicken quesadilla was full of chicken, queso fresco and the best Pico I have had without setting my mouth on fire. Their online ordering is easy and fast. Their customer service is fabulous, the restaurant is clean, and well cared for. They have ample parking, dining in and nice outside seating with umbrellas. Overall I am impressed and we will be back.

I had the grilled chicken burrito and it was the best I have ever had I will definitely be back

Some things you do, some things you don't do. When you put a customer on hold, forget about it, and 20 minutes later they walk into your establishment holding their phone, still on hold, you know what you don't do? Say "Huh. Guess you made it" with an attitude of annoyance and self-importance.

If that customer then orders anyways because they're pressed for time, another thing you don't do is 15 minutes later serve them lukewarm and bland food, along with another dose of attitude ‍️

Very tasty Bubba burrito! Staff were very friendly, and got order quickly. Very limited seating (3 seats), so getting any alcoholic beverages (need to stay on premises to drink) can be a little cramped. Recommended though!

Bizarre that to see the menu we had to either step outside to read the one there, or else scan a WE code with our phone (tried tat and it didn't work).

Plus most of the menu did not seem like stuff I'd like to eat or drink. Lots of black bean or tofu.

I have always loved the food and service at the Blair Street location, but was deeply disappointed in the service I received at the Willamette location two days ago. I went in with my aunt and ordered a salad for her and a quesadilla + berry smoothie for me, and was asked to leave a tip, which in and of itself is poor form. My aunt was already reaching to put cash in the water pitcher provided for that purpose, and when she commented on the girls request for a tip, was met with absolute rudeness and unprofessionalism. We were told it would be a 20 minute wait for our food, so we went outside where there was no available seating and waited. Our food finished, as did my smoothie, and I asked if there was a straw in the bag, was told in a very sweet tone that "of course" there was so we left to find a place to eat. My quesadilla was burnt, my aunt's salad was more spinach stems than anything else, and frustratingly, there was no straw in the bag for my smoothie. I love supporting local, I love organic options, but I will not be returning to this location again. Very disappointing, and I hope the employee Sophie (sp?) is provided with additional training in customer service for the benefit of future patrons and the reputation of LP which up to now has been amazing.

The bowl was great and super healthy. Sometimes vegan restaurants will try to make food taste good and by adding lots of vegan cheeses/ vegan butter/ sugar. By doing so, they make the food super unhealthy. I liked this place because you could tell they cared about healthyness of the food they were serving

Got food here on 5/18/21 and whoever was working forgot the sauce for my 2 bowls and not to mention after eating my comfort bowl DRY, I’m almost done When I found a short grey hair there goes $30 down the drain Thanks for the quality service when I called 15 mins before closing and no one wants to answer the phone and let it ring for 10 mins

Just ordered the Bollywood bowl and it’s absolutely delicious! I chose to eat here too support small businesses and because I love fast food but not unhealthy food. This was a perfect place for that! The quality and price is unbeatable and you get ver good sized portions. I highly recommend you try laughing planet out
