Lauren was an amazing photographer. She was encouraging and had a great attitude and sense of humor. She took gorgeous photos for our engagement and wedding. We felt so comfortable around her and she took a great mixture of posed and unposed shots. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a wedding photographer.

Photography was one of our #1 priorities for our wedding and we will never regret hiring Lauren. She is so amazing, inside and out. She’s the calm in the middle of the storm and also someone manages to capture the most beautiful photos I’ve ever seen. Lauren is so professional, kind, calm, collected, and one of the best humans I’ve ever met. I will actually miss having her around because she was that amazing on our wedding day. She also gives the best affirmations:) my husband and I were nervous about taking good photos and Lauren made us feel so relaxed and confident. Lauren was the photographer for our wedding! It was a pleasure working with her. My partner and I are low key and we were originally very nervous about getting our photos taken, but Lauren changed that. She made the process so fun that we actually enjoyed it! Lauren is truly talented. Her style and eye for capturing moments is wonderful. Many of our family members shared that they loved how easy going she was and flexible to any needs and plans changing. When we began planning our wedding, we put photography at the top of our priority list. We knew we wanted to walk away from our wedding with images that represented us and our relationship. We chose Lauren because of her stunning portfolio, brilliant eye for capturing moments, crisp editing style, and calming demeanor. Seeing our sneak peek photos, delivered so promptly after the wedding, we were transported back to that day. Her style of documentary photography combined with her clean editing results in natural, genuine, beautiful, bright photos. She truly represented us in our best light. She balanced portraits with candids, gifting us with images that tell the story of our wedding and of our love. Seeing and experiencing her work, it is clear she puts her heart and soul into her photography and her artistry and lives to create and capture beauty and love. We are full of gratitude to Lauren for capturing the memories that we will be reminiscing on for a lifetime.

Speaking of the whole process of working with her, she was collaborative, open, communicative, and the most importantly such a nice and warm person. She was always so fast to response, addressed all the questions and even suggested to hop on a call anytime if she felt that could help us better, assured us that she is on the same page with us.
On the day, we almost felt like we have a very professional friend who happens to be awesome at taking photos. She made us and our guests feel so comfortable through and through. One of our guests said she loved how the photographer is always around and capturing moments in a well integrated manner instead of disturbing the ceremony/party - and we totally agree with it!

I could not have asked for a more perfect photo experience than what Lauren gave us for our wedding. The small preview gallery she shared just a few days after our wedding brought tears to my eyes. Everything looks perfectly natural and true color - we look like our best selves. She gave small cues for posing, but otherwise just captured our genuine love together. She’s also just a delight to be around! You’re spending your whole day with your photographer, so liking them is important. I can’t recommend Lauren enough!

At first, I had way too many ideas and visions on where I wanted our engagement/wedding photos to be taken. Lauren was extremely patient and supplied us with lots of ideas and examples of shoots she's done to help us narrow down a location.
We eventually decided that we really wanted photos done at the Oregon coast, but then had the dilemma of wanting those photos to be of us in our wedding attire, even though our wedding day was based in Portland, 2 months away. She worked with us on a creative solution to make our vision and photo dreams come true and - we got to do both! I sent her some vision photos and fun ideas I had in mind and she EXECUTED, above and beyond!
I'm so happy we went this route! The photos we took at the beach are stunning, I look at them all the time. She helped us with all the logistics and planning to make it a success, leaving us without stress and worry.
In the days leading up the wedding, Lauren helped us prepare for things I hadn't thought about, and was such a crucial part in the success of our special day. She captured every special moment beautifully and then some and made sure we had our bases covered. I also look at these photos all the time in absolute awe at how beautiful and raw they are.

Overall, Lauren is a delight and shoots nothing but quality. She sent us some highlights promptly after both shoots so we had some photos to awe over while we waited for the rest to get edited. She was kind, professional, down to earth, made me feel comfortable throughout everything and was ultimately exactly what we needed. Thank you Lauren for being you and doing what you do!

Lauren captured our engagement and wedding day photos and all I can say is wow, she is such a bright spot of our big day. My only regret is not taking a photo with her so we could have it for our memories! Luckily we have a few shots from the photobooth to remember her by: P

Lauren has a calm and warm demeaner - she is thoughtful about making you feel comfortable and makes sure to understand what you want from your photos so she can best meet your expectations. We wanted someone who would capture our energy and didn't want our photos be too stiff and formal and she completely delivered. We have a beautiful photos she helped direct us for posing as well as wonderful candids, making sure to capture lots of facial expressions - something that was important to me.

Lauren is an excellent communicator, timely, and SO FAST at sending sneak peeks, which is above and beyond our expectations. We are so glad we opted to do engagement photos with her months before the wedding – not only did the photos turn out truly breathtaking, but it was great to get to know each other before our magical NYE wedding. On the day of the wedding, she was so efficient with getting through all of the family photos, which I was worried would take forever, and then moved onto photographing the true spirit of our party! Leading up to the wedding: She was warm and professional, quick to respond, and easy to communicate with. She was there for any questions we had, from vendor recommendations and insider tips, to questions about how the big day would look. When we walked through our timeline, she provided so many great ideas (like the location of our first dance) and recommendations that made the day run even smoother and more beautiful than we could have imagined.

The day of: Our wedding day was our first time meeting Lauren in person. She was as advertised - kind, professional, funny, and easy to work with. My husband and I are not naturals in front of the camera but Lauren provided direction that was easygoing and aimed to capture the genuine feelings of the day. Her time management was spot on and she came prepared with any considerations we had provided before the day-of.

The final product: She provided a huge sneak peek a few days after the wedding, which was amazing to so quickly see memories of the happy day and get to share them with our guests. When we got the full album, we were blown away with the quality and quantity of the pictures - we truly felt like we were able to relive the special moments and memories captured through Lauren's lens. She focused on the aspects of the day that were so important to us, like our dog and friends/family. The way she framed, focused, and chose lighting was something no ordinary photographer could capture. She really has a special talent. We will treasure these photos for the rest of our lives.

Lauren has done several family photoshoots for us over the last few years including newborn photos, and we have loved the results of every session. She's very patient at getting little kids to come out of their shell and participate. She always gets a great mix of shots that are more posed and ones that capture organic moments.

It is hard to even put into words how amazing Lauren was! Hiring her for our engagement shoot and wedding photos was one of the best decisions we made in the whole wedding process. Lauren made us feel comfortable in front of the camera (when we both generally feel quite awkward posing for pictures) and the photos turned out STUNNING! My now-husband and I hired Lauren for our elopement after one short phone call with her, and we are so, so glad that we did. Leading up to our day, she helped us find the perfect location, she made sure we thought about little details we most certainly would not have thought of, and she checked in often. The day of, she was an absolute GEM of a human to work with, she made us feel comfortable in front of the camera (a very difficult job), and she gave us direction that we so desperately needed.
