Lazy Susan Cafe, Cannon Beach OR

A classic coastal eatery. Breakfast or lunch in the heart of Cannon Beach. It's less than 100 yards from the beach in a little old house, next door to the Coaster Theater.

Breakfast is mainly eggs; omelets, poached eggs, quiche or Benedicts, but they also have waffles and French toast. Vegetarian options too! It's a delightful little Tardis of a place - it seems bigger on the inside than on the outside - and the service is always friendly and efficient.

Just be sure to either arrive early or be ready to wait in line for a bit. Don't worry. The line moves fairly quickly and it's worth the wait.

Always stop here when in Cannon Beach.

Cash only! But very cute & quaint restaurant. Very few meat-friendly options, so I went with the ham and cheese omelet. But friendly staff and great service.

Very cute spot! Friendly staff and excellent food. The gingerbread waffle special with pears and lemon sauce was amazing!

The food was delicious 10/10! The waitress was so sweet and kind. Highly recommend this cafe. I got the potato ham and cheese omelette and it was the best omelette I have ever eaten. If you have the chance do come here.

However, super disappointed to find out they’re closed from Nov. 29- Dec. 25th 2023 and the hours are not updated online. This was difficult to deal with as Lazy Susan was built into my travel plan. I feel like if it’s going to close for so long people, especially people from out of town, should be properly notified so their travel plans are not messed up.

Love the food and service it is cash only so be ready. I just wish it was bigger very cramped dining area. On the summer they have a large outdoor space that really helps.

Our family has visited this place more than 3 times over the last 2 years and we’ve always been pleased with the food, the service and the atmosphere. The place is small and you’d be advised to show up early and leave enough time for them to accommodate you. But as far as places to have breakfast and lunch in Canon Beach, this is one of the best and most unique of all.

We absolutely love this little place and come every time we’re in town. It’s honestly some of the best food in Cannon Beach, especially for breakfast. Everything is made fresh and from scratch. The service is always quick and friendly. Charming atmosphere. Highly highly recommend. Cash only so plan for that.

Great super tiny breakfast place. Fresh food from local sources. I would eat here a couple times a week if I lived here. Worth the wait cause it's really small.
