The staff is very knowledgeable and attentive. Many of the products come in multiple sizes so you can try them out for a little while before committing to a full bottle. (Small fragrance sprayers for $7ea sold individually or in discovery sets.)

Friendly and super helpful. Steered me to multiple options after I described what I was looking for. A bit pricey but the quality and experience was terrific.

I am so disappointed in the lotion, I am a fan of another 13 it wears so well on me, I bought the lotion thinking I would get the same results as the perfume, and the lotion is like water, I will never buy lotion from them again

First time in Le labo on my birthday and I learned quite a bit about the store and the process. Elias (not sure I spelled it correct) was a SUPER helpful, extremely patient and a joy to deal with. He did a very thorough job helping me understand and answering any questions I had. Towards the end of our transaction he informed me “I’m here pretty much every day, I just got promoted to manager” which I was excited to hear and I feel that’s a great promotion for Elias. Thank you again for making my visit memorable, special and informational! I’ll be back FOR SURE. Also I smell godly at the moment lol

Staff had the right balance of being helpful while also leaving me alone to let me sniff. The scents are beautiful but also a bit challenging for the basic nose. —It’s a great sensory experience. If you like perfumes and candles give them a visit.

Just be aware of their return policy. Can't return anything you buy from their store. If you aren't sure of your purchase, go buy their product from Nordstrom just to be safe. Also, their samples of the perfume are $7 a sample. No freebies here. They don't tell you any of this upfront. Found out the hard way!

It was a little hard to locate the store and find parking, so next time, I will be on foot, but well worth the effort for such high-quality fragrances. The place was quiet and cozy, smelled delightful, and made for a fun adventure.
