I'm editing my original review, Carol Bernard did reach out to correct the issue and inform me of the issues they've been experiencing with their website as of writting this. Tyler Howell got me rates and alternatives pretty quickly. It's nice to see a variety of options instead of a one-size fit's all solution. Kind of a rocky start, but they went out of their way to get the mis-understanding corrected very quickly. That's more than what most would do and I am actually very impressed at the response and that they genuinely care about their customer impact.
