Legacy-GoHealth Urgent Care reviews
16The provider (Meagan) made me feel very comfortable under extremely stressful circumstances and even gave me the name of a clinic where I might be able to get in quickly where all others I'd tried were booked up months in advance (she was right - I was able to get on their cancelation list right away!). I felt that I was in very good hands with Meagan.
I had zero wait time before I went to the exam room, and a few short minutes until I saw the provider. Adam Bartling answered all of my questions and addressed all of my concerns. I felt comfortable talking with him. He provided extensive instructions for possible outcomes. The treatment I received was effective and resolved my issues.
Easy check in, wait time was not long. I was in discomfort and listened to. Was a good experience overall considering I wa at an Urgent Care that is saying a lot!
The staff is friendly and attentive and out of the 4 times a member of our family has used Legacy GoHealth, all 4 visits they were quick to get us signed in, efficient with the process. More exam rooms than I've ever seen in an urgent care facility and the interior is clean, up-to-date and comfortable. The Medical Staff was kind, patient, proficient and knowledgeable. They are my first line of defense in a non-emergency but urgent situation when going to my GP is not an option.

Very professional behavior by all staff. I felt confident they considered my symptoms seriously and diagnosed my situation accurately.
Great nurse, great doctor, great experience! I was able to head to the ER and rule out serious illness and feel much, much better:) Thank you
They charged a shoulder sling for $128.14 while the exact same thing is sold for $39.99 either online or at local pharmacy.
In the past, I have gone here and had great service. However, after my last visit, I will never go to this office again. I was in an immense amount of pain and could barely walk because my left leg had swollen up so badly. I spoke with the doctor Nicole Weis and explained how I had been unofficially diagnosed with arthritis/gout. She cares very little about helping me, then diagnosed me with plantar fasciitis, which was ridiculous given how much pain and swelling I had experienced.
Flash forward to now and I finally got in to get an ultrasound and it turns out I have a baker’s cyst behind my left knee, which has been causing my left leg to swell for nearly two months.
On top of all this, I was billed an extra $173 for this terrible service on top of the $200 co-pay. I am beyond livid and would not advise anyone to go here, especially if they see this doctor,
I basically ended up paying almost $400 for nothing and to be mad to feel stupid for the amount of pain I was experiencing. Thanks for nothing.
I have needed go health three times all three times they’re available there prompt to assist you and I always pleasant to deal with not to mention very professional I would recommend this clinic to anybody thank you
Leslie, the front desk employee, was very welcoming and had a cheery voice.
Natalie was professional and nice too.
The PA, Nicole Weiss, was great. She listened to my problem and answered my questions.
Was able to get an appt.for covid testing on short notice. At center, testing went smoothly and quickly with printed results for my medical procedure the next day.
Everyone was awesome from Start to Finish. My PA was very personable and Really cares about his patients. I would definitely go back if I needed to.
Got a Covid test in February. They messed up my insurance information. Have been fighting them since to not get charged despite giving the corrected information. Stay away!
Terrible customer service. My 6 year old daughter had a broken arm (not yet diagnosed when we went to Legacy). I called ahead to make an appointment, they said we couldn't do that, but to come in as a walk in. When we arrived the internet was down, so they said they couldn't take any patients. My daughter has been to Legacy before, she's in the system, and has insurance. The receptionist was unwilling to call in our insurance card, write down our info or do anything to help.
If they don't have internet they can't provide care. What a terrible system that a 6 year old in significant pain can't even talk to a Dr because of an IT problem.
Went in for a covid test post travel. They left me in the waiting room and forgot about me. One staff member was coughing horribly. She said it's allergies but when I asked if she got tested she wouldn't answer. My results came back negative but this is before she coughed all over my test results.
Very easy to book my appointment and to give my insurance information prior to my appointment. Didn’t have to fill out a million and a half forms. Check-in was fast and I was able to get my COVID-19 test results within 20-30 minutes. The team members who helped during my appointment made me feel at ease and I felt that they were still taking precautions in light of the ongoing pandemic. Easy parking and a clean, nice looking facility. Thank you!
