Legacy-GoHealth Urgent Care reviews
25Michelle, MA was great! She went above and beyond her job description to help me out. Highly recommend this clinic
Staff to doctors, were absolutely professional! And friendly and great senses of humor and that's important!
Rude receptionist with horribly selfish company policies. Would not recommend. My opinion is Legacy-GoHealth should be considered as a risk to public health. I was turned away even though I have insurance, a reason for care, and a Doctors order in hand.
Sliced my finger in an Exacto knife mishap. Knew I needed stitches. Legacy Urgent Care was a great alternative to an ER visit. They got to me quickly and did a good job. The nurse practitioner tried very hard to make it as painless as possible.
I had a very negative experience at the Legacy Go Health urgent care center in Lake Oswego. The first observation I made is that the medical assistant did not introduce herself, nor did she identify herself as a medical assistant. The provider I saw was inadequate. I am a retired physician assistant and felt like she was not very knowledgeable about my condition. Her exam was subpar and she gave me very little advice or guidance. The total time she spent with me in the exam room was five minutes. I am going to follow up with my own primary care doctor as I am in extreme pain which was not addressed at all. I was a Legacy Health employee for 20 years and have to say I was quite surprised to receive such sub optimal care.
Thank you Leanne for helping me get my quality of life back. You and you team are simply amazing! You all are all there an help me stay focused on the goal. Again, thank you very much!
I got in right away, the facility was super clean and the staff knowledgeable, courteous, prompt and friendly. I got great care and I got it quick!
I was a walk-in once and didn't have to wait very long. On another visit I went online and made an appointment. The staff is very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable.
The gal at the front desk was really bizarre, almost seemingly under the influence of something. She initially wouldn't let my husband grab the wheelchair for me and I can't walk with a knee injury. Then when I got in there it was like she just looked at me blankly with no answers to my simple questions. She asked someone behind her for help (a nurse or doctor) and she was irritated to be involved, rude to me and very condescending. I DEFINITELY didn't trust them to look at my knee and left.

Told me when was a good time to come in when I called. The wait was very short and the staff were kind and helpful! Very clean and professional environment.
Great visit, in and out with xrays for my 2 year old Son. Galye the Pysician Assistant and the Medical Assistant were wonderful! My Family will use again in the future.
Watched a rude and angry customer yell at the receptionist/assistant because he didn't want to wait his turn- the employee was calm and polite despite him trying to intimidate them. Very kind and professional staff.
Worst urgent care I have been to, the stuff were mad at me for being sick even though I was the only patient. Do not recommend this place especially if you are in pain, last thing you need is attitude from someone who has got issues.
I have seen Reda at go health UC 3 times now and he is one of the best providers I have ever been to. Kind, hilarious, detail oriented. He always puts me at ease and makes sure I know he or another provider are available if I have concerns after my appt. The other medical/receptionist staff at my appt were very reassuring and welcoming also. Good communication on everyone's part. Thank you! For those concerned about wait time, it took about 30 min for my appt to start once I checked in.
Very caring, competent, painless care; I had a short wait for a laceration that required stiches.
Professional from reception to facility to medical staffing and follow through. I highly recommend.
The nurse was so rude. She was mean and seemed annoyed with my presence. She complained about her coworkers and was extremely moody and unprofessional. The only reason I gave two stars is because the physicians assistant was actually very pleasant.
I was seen here by Reda Bassaly, PA. I recieved the utmost personalized care. He not only listened to my concerns, but also thoughtfully explained his rationale for care. He was also very kind to my children. Thank you for your service.
Both the provider and staff were excellent. They were attentive, human/personable and took their time.
