The Provider was very caring, thorough, and we did not have to wait. Front desk receptionist very kind.

Legacy Health is the Best customer service! I just lost Kaiser from last company which I’m happy with, so I’m switching to Legacy and this was a perfect 1st experience! They made it so easy! It was a Covid visit, and I was in, no co-pay requested, didn’t weigh me and so convenient and simplified- i couldn’t believe how considerate it was! I’m sold!

I went in for some x-ray and another the first nurse practitioner I saw was very easy to speak very professional very nice I was told I needed to see the primary care so that we could set up the other procedure I've been waiting to hear from a medical center or doctor office I walk I walked into the office today to find that the primary care nurse practitioner had never made an order for a sonogram I was told she was going to she was very cold and pretty much treated me as though I was a liar or whatever the issue was with her but she was rude short and Kurt to the point where I need to write this very bad review about her the primary nurse practitioner I don't remember her name as she did not introduce herself my medical records that they have in their records are about 12 years old and she knows nothing of my other health condition I don't recommend her for any reason I don't know why such poor care and not writing the order I do not I do not recommend this legacy health I said do not have x-ray machines sonograms or any other types of things that one would need an urgent care thanks for wasting my time I'm very very disappointed in the primary care part of this company and office

Appointment was right on time, and the folks were kind and friendly. We were pleasantly surprised! Facility is modern and super clean. Very happy to have this convenient location, highly recommend!

Was able to quickly make an appointment for within an hour. Everyone was very friendly and professional.

Recently.got new insurance and have a long waiting time for new PCP. I scheduled an appointment with the PCP covering at this clinic Nina Omailia and she is excellent and better yet than ANY OTHER PCP ever!

She listened and ordered everything necessary to treat my condition. Left there with hope again!

WATCH OUT, THEY WILL SCAM YOU AND TRY TO GET AS MUCH MONEY AS THEY CAN. THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOU OR YOUR EXPERIENCE. The first doctor I saw at this clinic told me she would not prescribe my Ritalin without a newer psych eval. So, I got a newer psych eval and provided it. That was fine.

I was called by a medical assistant to tell me that the doctor I saw was just coverage and the real doctor "Nina" wanted to meet with me before she would be willing to prescribe it. Had to wait another two weeks for that visit to happen. A little annoying, but still not enough to get the one star review.

What gets this clinic a one star review is that when this new appointment came around, the doctor walked in, asked me to confirm I was on plaquenil, then refused outright to prescribe Ritalin. I asked why was I even there then? That med was in my chart the whole time. I am a lupus patient and have been on that med for over ten years.

So they scammed me out of another visit fee when they could have just let me know their conclusion over the phone.

I took this up with Go Health customer service and they said since I was given an "evaluation" per the chart notes. There was nothing they could do and I owed them the full amount for their visit. 18 emails and I could not get them to understand why I should not be charged for this "evaluation. "

They just want an excuse to bill.

"On October 4, I visited Legacy GoHealth to seek care for flu-like symptoms. Given my exposure to COVID-19 from one of my students, I specifically requested a PCR test, known for its accuracy in detecting the virus. However, I was met with a dismissive and condescending attitude from Dr. Joanne P Parker, who sarcastically remarked in the waiting room that PCR tests are no more accurate than antigen tests. This tone continued when I confronted her in the exam room, where she confirmed her belief that PCR tests are not superior.

To my disappointment, Legacy GoHealth administered an in-house antigen test instead of the PCR test I requested. While the antigen test showed a negative result for COVID-19, Dr. Joanne P Parker failed to conduct a proper examination, including listening to my heart, lungs, or taking my temperature. She swiftly concluded that my test was negative and abruptly ended the appointment.

Unfortunately, my symptoms did not improve and I returned to the doctor on Saturday, only to discover that I tested positive for strep throat and the flu simultaneously. Thankfully, I sought care from a different provider, unrelated to Legacy GoHealth, and began the necessary medication to recover from both infections.

I am deeply disappointed by the negligent care I received at Legacy GoHealth, particularly from Dr. Joanne P Parker. Their disregard for my health and the failure to administer the requested PCR test put me at risk. I hope my experience serves as a reminder for them to prioritize patient well-being and provide accurate information regarding testing methods. "

My new favorite humans who work there were excellent working me in when I was having a trigeminal nerve flare up at its worse, my pain level was at a 10. They really listened to me when I explained the ER always gives me pain meds that make me sick and they don't help with pain. My nurse practitioner listened, researched and gave me an alternative. It took another 10 hours to resolve but it was SO much better than the last two times at the ER. Everyone is friendly, understanding and helpful! Thank you for everything!

Legacy Go Health Urgent Care is a great option for medical care. These days doctors are closing their practice without regard for the people they serve. Legacy Go Health Urgent Care is staffed by Friendly people who understand the current health care collapse and provide a viable option for people looking for emergent care and temporary but longer term care. Innovative thinking. Caring staff and consideration for the public in health care!

Very quick and efficient. A place you can feel that they care about the patient. Highly recommended.

I just love Nina O'Mailia! She's very thorough and excellent at what she does! She's a bridge PCP for me but I wish she could be my permanent PCP. I can't say enough great things about her.

The staff is amazing! My physician actually listens to me, and hears me! They most definitely have compassion! I recommend this place to everyone, and anyone!
