I had been a patient at this clinic for over a decade.until I saw Dr. Donald Slusarenko. He should work with animals, not people. He did not address my concerns. Dismissed my complaints as being mental health issues. He is judgemental and will document his opinion of you in your medical chart.even personal details that I mentioned being reluctant to mention because I did not want them charted. He has a lousy bedside manner, and misspelled the word "butt" (using only 1 T). Every visit you see a new newbie, fresh outta med school that has little experience. They cannot track your condition if you never see the same person twice. My primary Doctor has not been available for 3 months or more. The day after I saw Slusarenko, I called my insurance and found a new primary care provider. You'd get better care at the Multnomah county clinic.

I’ve lived all over, and Dr. Bagla is the best doctor on the west coast. I feel very confident saying that.

Doctors and staff have their own agenda that they will push; especially hospice and not other options. Very closed minded people. Creepy. Take care of your health everyone, you do not want to end up in a hospital, especially this one.

This is NOT a review of a doctor. They're absolutely wonderful and I've never had a problem with the doctors here. This is specifically about billing.
I had an appointment here early this year (among many throughout the year), I received and paid the bill in full, the check image with their endorsement and the bank's approval is in my check images. Jump forward to the month of November. I received a collections statement for that exact same amount, an amount I've only ever been billed for once. I can only imagine what this will mean for my credit score even with a successful dispute. This is all in the process of while I'm moving and getting ready for an international trip. This just sounds to me like Legacy Medical Group is attempting to rob it's patients because there's no excuse for this negligence. While I absolutely appreciate the doctors and staff here, I'm highly considering seeing doctors outside the group to prevent this insulting situation from happening again.

Do not go to this office for mental health. Their program is a Band-Aid over a severed carotid artery. They will only see you a few times before they discharge you. Also Lauren Merril admitted to me in our first session that she over prescribed medications to one of her clients and killed them. She also told me that admission was a violation of HIPAA. I found her to be very conceited and condescending. She spent 99% of the time with her nose buried in the computer typing. She likes to throw chemical names at you in rapid secession in an overbearing attempt to make her look smart. She did not listen to anything I said and in our second session I fired her after 5 minutes. Going into this I had no idea she was only a nurse. If you truly value your mental health, do not go to this office. Seek a licensed professional psychiatrist. You will not get the help you need here.

I am being billed approximately thirty percent of my annual income by Legacy for absolutely no help whatsoever. I received no diagnoses or rather the diagnoses on my paperwork was my own description of the symptom verbatim. No prescription. No procedure. No insight into remedy. No help at all. I was admitted and given two scans that apparently contradicted one another. I was discharged with the instruction to seek a different doctor and get some non prescription pain relief for myself. I was in more pain when I left than when I had arrived. And now I owe them the price of a brand new car. It it is absolutely criminal to treat people this way.

My doctor retired - I was passed off to Dr. Bagla. With a history of anemia, blood transfusions, etc - I arrived in Dr. Bagla’s office feeling very dizzy, weak, tired, with head aches…etc.

He told me to drink water & get some sleep. It didn’t get better, I went back thinking of course he will do blood work - he didn't so I asked for it & even had to tell him which tests I needed (thankfully my previous primary care was so good - I knew w/my medical history what to rule out when I'm not feeling well).
Dr. Bagla left off a number of key tests that would have provided a complete picture of my health - tests as basic as checking my thyroid.

I asked to be moved to a new doctor & it became clear that someone had implied that I was "looking for pills" rather than looking for a competent doctor who will order BASIC blood work. The entire thing was terrifying. In this country when you don’t feel well, it is possible to know for a fact if your body systems are working properly. You don't have to settle for Dr. Bagla scooting some tea leaves around his desk & then telling you you're healthy.

If you see Dr. Bagla, and you ever actually get sick - prepare to become your own advocate and fight HARD for quality health care

Very negative Dr. Borden will blatantly tell patients they are not privileged enough to see them and make them see residents. Huge ego.

At front desk, your should deliver quality services otherwise you going to lose your patients. Now days it is not hard to find another provider.

I have to take people here for work. Every time I have been here we are 15 min early to the appointment time they they are always 20min late calling us back and then another 20min tool a dr. Shows up. They have you fill out papers to give to the nurse you do and the nurse just asks the same questions and when the dr comes in they ask the questions again.

I had a very negative experience at this clinic. It was my first visit and the "head" doctor came in to lecture me on a medicine I've been taking for 5 years. He compared me to an alcoholic and then tried to sell me on a medicine that is physically addictive. He didn't want to hear about my experiences and was highly downplaying my condition. I ran out of the clinic crying. Just a heads up, I wouldn't make this clinic your first or second choice.

The entire staff is always very helpful and the doctors have taken care of all of my needs. I would highly reccomend this location!
