I had Dr Lan and have been going here for 11 years because of him. Because he left I had to change drs, I waited months for a Dr to become available. Prior to getting a new one I had to go in and watched the Dr I was given Google my symptoms and paid $300 for that appt. I finally got my the new Dr who took her sweet time asking about things I didn’t even bring up. Because she took longer than the 30 mins I was charged an additional $300 for 20 extra mins. Making a 50 min appointment $600. DO NOT GO HERE! It use to be amazing but since the pandemic you can never get in, the dr’s available are either really good or EXTREMELY bad, and they charge by the second.

We love this clinic. Our family and friends all go here. The doctors are knowledgeable and caring as is the staff. When my husband had colon cancer surgery they called us at home several times to see if we were ok and did we need anything.

Everyone I have seen here is so friendly and helpful! They have helped me through multiple medical concerns, large and small. Super friendly front-desk staff that remember your name and are a pleasure to speak with.:)

I work here full time as a CSS. I do administrative tasks like scheduling, answering telephones, check in and check out, etc. It’s a very fast paced and demanding job. I like to think my role is important. I’m not a doctor, but I know without the administrative work I do as a CSS literally nothing else would work. My boss went to Hawaii for vacation this year. I just went to a food pantry. There’s something very wrong here. I have asked for an increase in wage, just enough so that I can cover my rent, electric, gas, water, and parking (the basics) and I was told no. I work so hard for this place, day in and day out. But lately, I’m finding it more and more difficult to go above and beyond for a place that doesn’t care. Just a few more dollars an hour could change someone’s life. $5 hr more could mean the difference between working one job or two. Between having dinner with your partner after a long week of work or crawling into bed with nothing to say because you’re too tired. I and many other coworkers now have to work two and three jobs to survive and we talk about it, and it’s just not right. Surely my quality of life must matter? At the end of my shift I have to go into a second shift elsewhere so that I can eat. If you whole heartedly dedicate yourself to a company working full time, you shouldn’t have to work multiple jobs. One job should be enough. And you should be given fair wages. I know it’s a business, and businesses revolve around making money, but surely there’s a way to make money while also paying fair wages to your employees. The workers who do all the hard work underneath. The bottom. I don’t even have kids. I can’t imagine what it must be like to try to provide for a family on this wage. I’m a good worker bee and I love my team, but I just don’t feel like Legacy cares. I don’t feel appreciated. I’ve watched a lot of my coworkers come and go. Nothing changes. I’ve worked in hospitals for almost 10 years. The amount of work I do for legacy daily should be reflected in my hourly wage. I’ve seen the wages that are paid to those in leadership. I know the money is there. 65c raise at the end of the year? That’s a slap in the face. It trickles down. Improving the quality of life for your workers will improve the quality of care they give to your patients.

People need to relax… they are short staffed (as are a lot of other places) and are doing the best they can given the certain circumstances. Don’t take your anger out on the only people who are here to HELP you. 5 stars in my book!

It is totally disheartening that a medical group such as this has numerous doctors on staff and such poor pathetic service to the patients. I called three times today and waited a total 81 minutes between all 3 calls to get a live person. I thought for sure I had the wrong number. But i wasted 81v minutes to get a live person. My dr. (Leslie Johnson) is leaving the practice and the letter they sent out to her patients listed a phone number to call and it was a FAX machine number! Now how pathetic is that kind of service is that to her patients. The person who sent and typed that letter should be FIRED. If you can AVOID using this office unless you want to waste your time on hold. Not only that now I have to see a new dr.since mine is leaving and the earliest I could get was April 21st. Good thing I am not dying of a disease. Such efficiency in seeing patients.
