Legacy Urgent Care-St Helens reviews
14Good people, good service, just need more medical professionals to accommodate the volume of people coming in.
This place is the worst rudest office personnel. I will never return we need a real Hospital this place is a joke.
Never ever again. I went in to be seen for a torn meniscus in my knee. My calf had developed pain and swelling as well as on my knee & above it. I literally can bear no weight on my right leg. Lisa Sabatka was the most incompetent, rude, and down right horrible person I’ve ever come in contact with in the healthcare field. Crazy to say, considering I work as a nurse in the float pool, and have worked in over 40 different departments. She didn’t even exam or look at the swelling. She didn’t compare my legs. She didn’t check for a pulse in my foot. What she did do was talk over me the whole 30 seconds (one minute tops) that she was in my exam room. She said “I don’t care about your knee; sounds like you have a blood clot & you need to go to the ER”. I had to zone out since she was just talking over me.than I tell her “well I am a single Mom and I have to pick my Son up from kindergarten so it will have to be after that” she replies with an even worse tone and says “So you have no one who can pick him up for you? ” She says this twice. I was like “nope- pretty sure I just said I am a single mother & I HAVE TO GET MY SON FROM SCHOOL”. She left the room and that was that. Telling me I have a blood clot and refusing to X-ray my knee with a side of making me feel even worse about my home life situation. This woman should not be in healthcare. This makes me sick. Literally working at OHSU & knowing how we treat people & then seeing this. I couldn’t not write about it. I will also be contacting the state. How dare you Lisa Sabatka? You should never ever have anyone under your care. Horrible experience with a horrible person. I will never ever return nor recommend this clinic to anyone.
The people are nice but the wait is ridiculous! They need another dr! How on earth is an urgent care running off one freaking dr with all the people waiting!
Honestly wouldn’t even give him a 1. Don’t bother going they hardly take care of anything and they don’t take more then 30 people a day. The place is a joke.
If you’re needing “urgent care” you’re best off going to the emergency room- this is just a walk in doctors office that adds you to a list and takes you as you come- not by urgency.
I went in today and the receptionist (one I've never seen before) was busy with some people, there was a clipboard and pens with a sign next to it that said "write your name and we will be with you as soon as we can. " So I write my name and sit down. Time passes and the receptionists was done with the people ahead of me then I wait for her to call a name on the clipboard but then a women comes in and the receptionist helps her and checks her in and said it'd be a 30 minute wait. So at this point I'm just irritated and left because I had been sitting there for 30 minutes waiting and I wasn't even checked in yet. What was the is the point of that clipboard if the receptionist wasn't even using it.
My wife went into urgent care because she has been sick for 3 days with a fever. However since she was negative for COVID. That is where all help or care stopped. The NP was rude, Condescending and stopped all evaluation after a Neg covid was Given. According to the NP "Lisa" if you don't have COVID your not really sick.
Sat there in agony for 25 minutes with a probable case of Pancreatitis only to have the receptionist tell me that they don’t treat “abdominal stuff”
If I could give this experience zero stars I would. Not sure how two hours turned into almost four with every walk in coming after us going before us. This is by far the worst urgent care. Save yourself the headache and go to Portland. Gun shot victims show up after dark.
Was seen yesterday and when i told them the medication they gave me was not working for me they wanted me to come back in.mind you, this is less than 24 hours since i was seen.the doctor lisa sabatka advised i get " over the counter" medication AS IF I WASNT SMART ENOUGH TO DO THAT BEFORE I GO SPEND HOURS SITTING IN URGENT CARE! I was diagnosed with bronchitis so I'm pretty sure they know what medications are used for treatment.or maybe they don't.incompetent is a word that comes to mind when this place is mentioned.
Went in today for a nasty infection on my finger. It hurt so bad! They were super friendly and got me in quickly. The whole visit took 1 hour:) Got my antibiotics and I am looking forward to feeling better:)
When you see the words "Urgent Care" that means "URGENT".
I broke my foot and needed care, I went to this facility to see if I needed an x-ray how bad the break is. I was told I would have wait approximately two to three hours.
When I called to make an appointment, it would take a day or two to call me to make an appointment.
The urgent care has been horrible here lately. Took my son there today 2/24/2021. His stomach was hurting had a headache his blood sugar was high and said they couldn't do labs there and wouldn't see him at all. My husband has had issues with not being seen about things here to. They said take him to er. What kind of urgent care is this if they don't help some people. I will be calling and complaining to someone what a joke very frustrated and irritating. Went to Portland to randals children's hospital at Emanuel very nice service very friendly nurses. Worth driving there. I guess next time won't even bother with urgent care.
