This place has been an Absolute Disappointment! They are lacking so much Professionalism to run a Proper Dispensary. The last place Oregon House of Herbs will be missed, they knew how to run a Proper Dispensary!

I’ve been here twice now and the staff is super friendly, lots of choices, and for the quality not the worst price. They give a industry discount as well, always appreciated. I highly recommend Biscotti Pancakes!

This shop has had a nice transformation recently, I love the bright yellow wall when you first enter the lobby. It’s clean and welcoming and they welcome my pup everytime with a treat. They always have a variety of flower and multiple options and amazing looking weeds. The staff is friendly! Love this place!

People who used to know this dispensary as House of Herbs - be aware that the rebrand has turned what was once a small business into a chain. There’s a lot of issues with chains taking over the area and absorbing smaller dispensaries that I’m not going to get into, and I’m not going to fault the current staff for that at all. Just something to be aware of if you’re someone who goes to dispensaries a lot and cares about supporting small businesses in your area.

Generally, this dispensary experience is fine. You’ll likely go in with a decent experience and leave with something good. Prices aren’t TERRIBLE, but they’ve definitely increased. The menu has also shrunk significantly. Also had a weird experience where one of the workers took my change as a tip without asking? Which is not a big deal because I was going to leave a tip anyway, but it was kinda strange and awkward as a customer.

I’m also very disappointed that this chain rebrand has eliminated any local artwork for sale and other things that helped out ppl in the area. I really personally preferred House of Herb’s contributions to the community and frankly, their personality. This is just my own opinion, and I don’t want to discourage ppl from choosing this dispensary if it seems right for them. But I wanted to make it clear to ppl who may not know that the dispensary has changed this year significantly. Peace ️

So I’m sharing this detail of my last stop there just to see if others have experienced something similar. One of the things on my list was a gram of concentrate. They were closing in 15 so I didn’t want to take much of their time and didn’t bother looking at the wax I was buying. When I got home and opened it it did not look like a full gram. It looks like someone had been using it already or something. It is Dr Jolly’s cascade lemon diesel live resin. Would not recommend buying this product or anything from their brand and definitely look at each wax before buying. Do not rush like I did.

EDIT: I have tried about every different kind of wax there is. I have been using them for 5+ years. The product I bought was not a full gram. I use to work for a dispensary that made their own waxes and for a time they were skimping people (one of the customers started to use their scales to weigh the container before and after just to prove it.) It is not out of the realm of possibility. I don’t think it reflects on the dispensary itself but I am not about to have the owner comment and say that it is just because it is sap that it looks less than what is advertised.

I used to love this place! I should have reviewed from even just three or four months ago - but the vibe has been very different the last few times I have gone in. For one, their once reliably expansive menu seems to be shrinking consistently, and though happier hours and daily flower specials are still being advertised on the website, it seems in person that they have discontinued this special (not trying to be a Karen about this, it´s really alright, just a heads up for the super budget minded consumer such as myself).

The staff was also friendly enough when I asked for a different strain after being quoted one price tier on a quarter of flower, presented with a different price at checkout, and offered no alternatives. Maybe this spot is changing hands or something and hasn´t found its way again yet, and I hope it does! It used to be rad. The quality of flower I received for the price ($22 for a quarter - still a great deal and no complaints about that: D) is still excellent, and no one was overtly rude or deceitful. Just different!

Went in for the first time and they were very helpful. Now I have a second place to go. I totally recommend this place.

It's just really overpriced for what it is. An 8th here costs $30 for the cheapest they have. At Floyd's dispensary their 8ths cost like $5.

They have good products not my go-to store cuz their prices are a little high wish they had better deals but their products are good

Staff is knowledgeable to my ignorance. I belong to the repetition club for repeat buyers, so discount is nice.

Years later moved away from the store and still by far my favorite place to get herb! Never gonna get better then "oh oh"

Been in here a couple times. Each time I felt like I was just vibin with friends. Very informative, and the flower is some of the best in the area (even the cheaper stuff). Definitely my new home shop. The hybrid strains here rock!
