Lena Gel Nails, Tigard OR

This place is really good my only problem is one of the works did my nails badly bcc she rush and didn’t take her time.but i do love this place even tho they made sum mistakes ️

I was there for a little over two hours. I asked for a full set and dip powder. She (I won’t name names) applies the tips and then starts the dip. I thought it was weird that she didn’t do the powder with the liquid to go over the tip but whatever. She does 3 coats of the dip powder on both hands and one hand looks a mess. Uneven, bumpy, and just a hot mess. She applies the activator and the white is now turning pink. She then removes everything off the one hand and starts over. She cut the skin by my cuticles on FOUR of my fingers and says nothing and continues the grind over them. She then applies a white gel polish over and doesn’t even coat the entire nail. Some of the nails are bumpy and uneven with polish saturation. They only get one star because the color and shape where the only things that came out correct.

I had a set of nails I wanted done and had been to so many salons in the area and no one was up to par like Lena Gel Nails! I had a difficult task for them and not only did they nail it but they were kind enough to accommodate right on the spot! Thu is a nail tech there and gave me exactly what I wanted in a speedy amount of time. When it got busy even Lena the owner jumped in to help! I’ll never stop going here now, and am even coming back today to see Rachel to get my lashes done! Will leave another review after that. Also had eyebrow tint done and it looks flawless! Definitely recommended!

"We give you the shellac, it will last longer. " Ha! My nails were 25% peeled off after not even a week! It was supposed to be 25 dollars for me and my friend each (so 50 altogether), but my friend had acrylics that she had put on herself that took them an hour to take off, so they charged us 95 dollars, 45 DOLLARS MORE THAN THE ORIGINAL TOTAL. The lady kind of made fun of my friend for doing cheap nails and not doing it correctly. She's not a nail technician like you, so she's not gonna do it perfectly, sorry not sorry. They looked beautiful and all, but they did not last long.

I brought my elderly dad in today for a pedicure and I had one myself. I was so impressed! Dad's technician took such good care of him. She helped him get settled in the chair and helped him remove his shoes and socks. She tended carefully and gently to his feet. My technician was very careful with my nails and gave me the best foot massage I've had in a salon in a long time. We will definitely be going back!

So annoyed with the people here. I set an appointment for 2 pm for 5 people and they did not start us at the same time. Didn’t not even start one of us until 2: 45. Why even set an appointment for a group if you cannot get them done at the same time.

So my tips broke off i have pics to prove it. While doing laundry. I got into an argument with them when doing my nails because a couple of the plastic tips under the powder were cracked and they refused to put new one on and my nails were all crooked and different shapes. I have pics to prove this. Well my 55 dollar nails are broken and i think they should give me my money back or a new set free of charge of equal value. I knew this was gonna happen. Lena please make this right so i can give a good review and stars. I don't want to take this to the attourney general and bbb.

Super clean and all the staff was friendly. They had new equipment and up to date stuff. Huge selection of nail polish and shellac to choose from. Also free drinks there. I did the deluxe pedicure and had Mary Vu. She was amazing and spent a lot of time with me. I found my new forever place.

Maybe it was just the person who did my nails but it was the worst manicure I’ve ever had and it took way longer than it should’ve for just trimming and painting my nails on just my hands

If I can give this place no stars I would. On 2/1 I went to get my nails done after school with my coworkers to treat our selfs. And let me just tell you, all I needed was a fill and a cute design. They took 2.5 hrs and the design wad so ugly that even the person in charge said they are ugly and to come back another day to fix them. Never ever would I ever go back! In top of that my nail broke on Monday the 4th.if you take 2.5 hrs to do my nails and for them to break in 3 days it is ridiculous. I went to another nail salon to fix what they had done and the broken nail, they even said that the services and work was so bad that they had to redo the whole new set. 2.5 hrs later, a ugly design and $45 dollars is not worth it.

Went to see Katie today at Lena Nails and she did the most amazing job on my nails. So happy with the finished product! Great place to relax and get pampered

My eyelash extensions look ok. Lena and her team over charge and lie about the prices of nails. She charged me 65$ for ombré acrylic full set and they were very brittle and broke very easily. She says she is doing solar nails on you but they are just regular old acrylic powder. Also charged me 5.00 for cutting my cuticles? The lady cut me and didn’t bother to clean my blood off my nail, she just filed over it which is gross and painful. She also lied about the eyelash pricing. Said 120 for full set volume and said the fill would be 60! Went back for a fill and she said 90 for a fill! I dislike the dishonesty and the rushed work they do.

Finally made it after my mom has been talking highly about this place. I went with Katie and love my nails. She was kind, patient and made sure I loved my nails before leaving.

Lena has been doing my nails for 9 years! My nails are always perfect and the shellac mani/pedi is a great way to pamper yourself! I love the GoCheckin system as well. Today I got a free pedicure, which was an unexpected surprise! I get compliments on my nails often, so a big “Thank You” to your salon. Everyone is great!

ABSOLUTELY LOVE IT HERE! After my mom and i searched for months cause we were unhappy with prior salons, we found lena gel nail. Both my mom and i go and are so happy! Nails look great every time and the customer service awesome!

Just had a pedicure done and I'm really disappointed. The message was great, he was nice, but he didnt clean up or clip the sides of my nails at all and also left paint all around the nails. Just overall bummed. I get ingrown and I've always had great pedicures where they help take care of it but I didnt get that this time. I need to go get a new pedicure now.

This is my favorite spot to get my nails done! They always get you in quickly, do really good work, are affordable and are just generally really nice:)

Awful experience, I regret not waiting for my usual lady. I got a full for my acrylics. All of my nails are unevenly shaped, and the guy doing my nails was super rough. I could've done a better job myself and I'm far from a professional. Maybe it'll be a better experience for a mani/pedi, but for acrylics I'd go elsewhere. At least the color was nice.

Waste of time and money.
I wanted to try a new nail place then my usual, so I came in for gel acrylic nails. He rushed the whole process, was very rough when filing my nails to the point of where it was painful, made me bleed, and my nails are VERY uneven. I could’ve done a better job. What a waste of 50$.
