They need to be better at updating customers who are waiting for their vehicle to be worked on.

I came in with a completely dead battery it would not stay charged it took them maybe five minutes to figure out what was wrong with it it was completely dead and within probably a total of 10 minutes maybe 15 Max they had my old battery out and my new battery in and I was back on the road and Not only was I back on the road but I was able to give somebody else to jump who had died on the side of the road.

Customer service was quite good. They stayed late to put on my new tires and spent a lot of time helping me shop for wheels.

7/9/20, while en route to a campground in the Mt. Hood national forest with a travel trailer in tow we had a "sticky" brake in Sandy and pulled into Les Schwab at 3: 30 PM. They gave us a quote with 2 scenarios and told us it would be more than an hour before they could get to us (all bays were full). They started to work on our truck ~5: 45 and finished at 7: 15 (more than an hour after close. The price was reasonable and the service was amazing.

Got great service. Treated like an old friend but, was my 1st time here. Needed to get 8 drive tires on my semi truck and they got it done quickly.

Got a flat tire in sandy. Lug wrench did not fit lug nuts on snow wheels. Yup screwed!
Called led Schwab they were there in minutes. Changed my flat. Back on the road in no time! Thank you Les Schwab!

I had an emergency today and normally i go to Gresham Les Scwab but they were 2 to 3 hours out on being seen.so I took a chance and went to Sandy and these guys rock. They were very concerned with my emergency and assured me that I could go home safe today without having to wait til Monday.

Fast service, kind people, great prices. What more could you ask for? I absolutely love this place. Thanks for much for the help!

GF and I went in for new tires and an alignment on her car. We were told we needed to have a new Tie Rod installed as the old one was broke and new one was required for the alignment, and required for safety.cost some 500+$. Skipped the alignment, Got the tires, terrible NEW shake in steering wheel. Took car to another Les Schwab location who performed the alignment no problem. On payment they probed around about who did the front end work in the vehicle and mentioned that the R side tie rod ("still in good shape") was terribly out of whack.no front end work had been done, other than Sandy locations experimental diagnostics and attempt to upsale.

One word to say. "Bill". Took a little time off from Les Schwab because I felt like I was getting used back burnered and ripped off. NOT THIS SCHWABIES! Had me taken care of the same day.even delivered my truck back to me early! The customer service is outstanding.made me feel like a highly acclaimed customer and brought me back to the old days when Les Schwab was the best place to buy tires. Great job guys!

Nice renovations in progress. Ready to hook up to WiFi, and vast laptop counters installed, comfortable window wrap around, facing the street and Paolas. Pleasant help. Tires will be brought back and pushed to the corners, at the back of the main room. WiFi is a very nice addition. Gearing up for the snow season. And, Yes, there's still popcorn, Yay!

Hey, they took care of me even when they didn't need to. Fast friendly service and popcorn to boot. Really impressed that I never saw a person walking, but jogging between tasks, to get me back on the road. Thanks guys and gals.

I had a low tire. They checked it and put air in all of my tires. I have bought tires here in the past and will in the future. Nice place, nice people!

What can you say about Les Schwab.still awesome service and competitive prices. Opp s.that was a review from not long ago, but let's update that. My wife took out car there for our annual seasonal tire swap. The Sales associate drew up a proposal for four brand new tires. Two were in bad shape, but the other two were purchased at that same location with less than 2K miles at that point. When my wife called him out on it, he quickly changed his quote, and when he presented it to her there was added services for which we didn't need.
She left upset for waiting her time like that and trying to upcharge her ignorance. Disgusting!

Robert was amazing coming to save the day and made the hour drive in great time! The shop was VERY slow to get my flat patched, but happy they could help.

This place is really high-priced. The guy I talked to used every tired sales technique to sell me double the cost elsewhere tires. And then when I wasn't interested, he pulled out the economy tires, still double elsewhere. I walked out without ufchasing anything. After Les Schwab reply: Are you a tire store or a warranty operation? You should consider selling add on warranties for those who want them. Most tire stores charge $20 or $30 per tire insurance rather than doubling the price. Therefore, you are overpriced and your statement about warranties is irrelevant in light of industry practices

I love their service. I appreciate the fact that they will fix a flat for existing customers for free, and even if you are not the price is reasonable!

We were on vacation here in Sandy when we had to stop in to make an urgent repair to make sure we could get home safely. They were more than happy to take care of us. We are so grateful- Thank you so much!

Good service over all, but had to come back for a service the second tech deemed not necessary.
