Great service. They were very busy when I stopped by without an appointment (flat tire). They were prompt and got me back on the road quickly.

The most personable store. Alexandria at the front desk is so professional and friendly, also Mark the Saturday manager to great care of us, giving us the best deal possible with our trade in.

Super friendly and helpful staff. We were driving through on a road trip and got a TPMS alert. Staff checked all our tires, aired them up, got the sensor off, and sent us in our way. Free of charge even!

Impressed yet again with their service and hustle. Took care of my tire pressure sensors under warranty. I wish all places I did business with had this level of consistent service.

It's good in an emergency. But what really bothered me was when trying to open a charge account with them for a future purchase was denied stating "not enough credit history" and some other nonsense. But when applying for a Discount Tire charge card was instantly approved for $500+.

We came here to get the tires rotated on my truck and to get 6 tires on our trailer. The tires are good quality. Now I have seen slow service but to take 4 hours to do the trailer tires was unnecessary. We didn’t even get our truck tires done. The guys that work in the shop are very rude and don’t care about the customers vehicle or wheels. I have owned a tire shop in the past. The level of customer service here was not what you would expect from a big name like Les Schwab. We use Les Schwab for any tire need we have while in the area. We usually give 5 stars but this establishment needs some work to deserve more than 3 stars.

I have been a customer at Les Schwab for many years (almost 20) and never had a bad experience there. Latest great customer service was provided by Adam, Jacob, and Makaila (sp?). Great people, always friendly and professional. And that is over and above the great deals they have there!

My Prius got a flat tire after I went mud boggin. When i was waiting to be fixed I was so glad at how clean the rooms were.

Fast service.dropped the car off and left it. Les Schwab called exactly when they said they would. Looking forward to trying the new online scheduler for tire change over.

Snows rolling around again this year which makes me think back to last year. I had ONE of my tires blow out and some red haired guy at Les Schwab ended up DENYING me service. He said only putting on ONE tire was “Bad For Business” unless I bought a new tire, rather than just letting me use my extra.

Had brakes put on the wife's car. They said 1hr and so I went down to sherries and had breakfast, came back and it was done, very good service and the brakes work fine.

This is where I always go for any tire problem or questions, costumer service is great just got tires for my trailer so I'm happy keep it up guys

We had a leaking tire. 6 hours from home.
Stopped in hoping to get my tire fixed.

Turned out my tire was not fixable. We did not have the money to buy a new tire.

The tech went out and found a used tire that would get us home safe.

No charge.

God is good.

I was there for a battery. They came to my house, and gave me a jump. When I got to the center, it was a very quick. Thank you Schwab!

I had a Great experience here. We went in needing an alignment on our Hyundai elantra and were done and paid in about 20 minutes. The also provided Great customer service. The lady receptionist was very sweet and Mark checked us out at the end with ease. I will definitely make my appointments with them from now on! Thank you les Schwab by Walmart in bend!

Arrived at 2: 20 to get a tire repair Makayla told us 35 minute wait. So, after one hour I asked why are people coming and going who showed up after me, She said sarcastically you been waiting about 40 mins I said, no, try over an hour.its 3: 25.the service tech asked about paper work, She laughed she forgot to generate work order without even an apology. Will not return Les Schwab.dirty bathroom, no hand soap, coffee cold, popcorn stale, very poor service.

Professional, friendly and fast. Got my tires rotated and out in less than 30 minutes. Will come back!
