The service was great when I finally received it. I waited for 45 minutes for a tire to be checked for a nail before my car was ever brought in. In that time another customer came in, also had a tire in need of a patch and was taken care of immediately. She was done and out before me. Same issue, her tire took 30 minutes. I've been here 1 hour 45 minutes.

I had an appointment at 12pm. Showed up on time. After 2 hours they hadn’t even moved it from the parking lot to the garage. What’s the point in scheduling an appointment. They literally said “. Oh sorry! We totally forgot about you. ”

Had a drag radial with a slow leak I've been needing to take in bought the rim and tire new from summit racing.raced the tires three or four times last year but a slow leak, eventually bringing it in thinking it was a valve stem or (racing required solid) something bringing a new one just in case, not having time to put it in the tank then they asked if i could leave it, two days later they call, upon them showing me the HOLE in the sidewall I told him the tire is over a year old with a SLOW leak and his expression was something, I bought a new tire from
summit and had it mounted TRUST people trust

I have been a customer since 1973 an that was exclusive. This was the worst experience as a customer. To tell me that the tires that were taken off to put my snow tires on, were now to old with only 27000 miles. I was not aware that tires have an expectation date. If it is ten years old why did it take any one six years to notice and why wasn't I informed that apon removing them last fall. I was not shown any determination of the rubber or if the treads were worn. Sales versus integrity, you have lost my trust.

You guys are so amazing! Had excellent service today getting a tire fixed even though I didn't buy these one there because they came with the car. Will sure for come back for my next set. Thank you!

This place is busy and I waited about 2ish hrs but it really wasn't bad because they filled out the paperwork and put me in line and I was able to leave and take care of some errands. When they got to me I was in and out but well worth the wait.at least for me.

The staff here is absolutely amazing. From the call over the phone to turning in my keys to keeping me updated on my vehicle. Customer service deserves 10 stars! Will definitely come back here for our next set of tires.

BEST customer service, excellent work and value! The morning after Christmas my dad noticed his back tires had begun to deflate, and he needed to be back to Roseburg for an important medical appointment that afternoon. He went to Les Schwab at Washinton Square and was immediately taken care of. They ran a full diagnostic that identified a problem that could've led to an accident if they hadn't found it in time. They replaced his tires, adjusted his alignment and made the neccessary repairs so that he was quickly and SAFELY on his way in time to see his doc. I always take my cars to Les Schwab because they always walk me through any issue with my car, thoroughly answer my questions and make sure repairs are in my budget, that way I can see for myself and understand what is going on before making any decisions.

What impresses me the most is the way they look out for you. They understand how important it is for a woman to protect herself when driving alone, and even taught me how to change a tire or put on an emergency patch if I can't get AAA. That alone made me a customer for life.

The Washington Square folks are great. I dropped off my blown tire and called to ask at the end of the day. They checked into it and said it needed to be replaced (the hole was too big). They replaced it for me after hours AND honored the warranty so it cost a fraction of what it would have cost! I love Les Schwab! They really take care of me!

Never too crowded. If you make an appointment they're usually pretty good with getting your car in quickly. Not too long of a wait for what we've done here. Nice people!

Wow! What amazing service. It’s hard to find good customer service these days! Everyone at this location was extremely nice and helpful. I had taken my car to my dealership for a recall and they found my tire had a screw in it. They apparently “fixed it” but the next day my tire pressure was really low. Well the screw was still in the tire. I took it into Les Schwab and they got me in within the hour and reassured me that it would be an easy fix! Then when it was all done and time to pay, they didn’t charge me and said it was complimentary. I was shocked. It made my day!

Had an appointment today to evaluate a severe vibration near 60mph. I thought it might be a balance issue or something with the front suspension. The professional and courteous tech, after a short drive and examination found the problem. Nothing to do with my evaluation, simply loose bolts on the driveshaft coupling. Finished in 10 min. HIGHLY recommend Les Schwann at Washington Square
