Fixed my brakes and did not charge me a cent. Definitely going back to less schwab. Excellent workers who are smart.

I will never go back and I won't recommend anyone go there I came in to get my tires changed Ballance and alignment for 160$ with a used set I had at home on my Chevy Silverado they made me verbally agree that they never seen my tires witch are fine they would not touch my 1/4 inch spacers and as soon as I drive home my truck starts the death wobble and all my Ballance weights fell off cause they did not even clean the rim before putting them on I'm positive they broke something under my truck with the tie rods as that death wobble was not there tell after I left that shop also the balance weights fell off into my brake system and made there way inbetween my hub and rim gouging out chunks of metal.they got young kids just free rain in there with no supervision and are messing up people vehicles and can cause someone there life

Disappointing how this place had a used set of oddball size tires that would fit my car but they wanted 700 dollars for them. We arent talking expensive brand tires either. I just looked them up and they are 150 bucks a piece brand new! I wonder how often they do that to unsuspecting customers.

Always there to help, rain, snow or shine! This establishment is consistently helpful and friendly. With the weather fluctuations, my tires have been going low on psi, so I've been there a lot lately. Each time I have gone, I am greeted warmly and they are happy to help me get back to a safe psi level. If you need tires, the installation time is minimal and you are out of there in no time.

Making a cross country road trip, with a fully loaded SUV. Limped in with a mysterious flat tire. They saw us right away, removed the screw, and plugged our tire. FOR FREE! Thank you!

Kaleb at Les Schwab saved the day! Had a tire light come on and although it was an expensive and stressful situation and I needed two new tires, it was right before closing and him and his team were more then happy to educate me and find the best solution to my tire problem. I was met with understanding, compassion, relation, and speed of service. I will always remain a loyal customer to Les Schwab. Especially for outstanding service like what I received today.

These guys are always "Johnny on the spot" to get things done! Today they Fix a flat on my car for free even though the tire weren't purchased at Les Schwab!

I used to like this place but I have changed my mind. I went in to fix a tire for my lawn mower last week, but I was given a wrong tire which was someone else's tire. I had to drive from 12 miles out of town to get it exchanged because the other customer needed their tire. It wasn't a huge deal as this was just a simple honest mistake - Who doesn't make mistakes? I went in again few days later to fix another tire for my lawn mower. Some time after dropping it off, I called to check on the status of my tire, and I was put on hold for over 15 minutes, so I decided to drive there while I was on hold. When I got there, my line was still on hold, and nobody cared! At the end, the girl tried to charge me $27.99 instead of the $24.99 I paid for the other tire a few days ago. She eventually agreed to charge me the same price of $25, but I was totally speechless. Les Schwab, fix the problems with your customer service because there is no excuse for such practices.

I had an alignment done because because my steering wheel wasn't straight. The front desk guy said the alignment would fix that but it didn't. The mechanic told me I needed a tie rod on one side that would fix it. It did. They are a little spendy but who isn't. At least they fixed it and they always check the air in my tires with a smile even though I interrupted their busy day.

Always helpful and in it quick. You can find a bit cheaper prices but with top notch service and free tire checks and rotation and flat fixes it's worth it.

Got tires checked before road trip. Friendly, quick and free service. Most other places wouldn't deal with rv tires. Very thankful for the help.
