15Steve runs a great shop! His staff does not disappoint either. Very pleased with the finance program. Tires struts and brakes on two rigs and my Subaru with numerous flat repairs.
Save yourself time and frustration and go to one of the local tire/wheel shops or even Discount Tire. This is the second 1 star review I’ve left for a second Les Schwab location here in Bend. This company used to have super high standards, running in lieu of walking, etc and now there’s a complete lack of respect for their customers. I’m officially done with this company.
Amazing team and amazing help! A 2 hour wait turned into only 45 minutes. The team fixed my tire expertly and aired them all back up. 10/10 will come again!
Amazing service here. Went in thinking I needed an alignment but was pleased to find out I didn’t. They easily could have just done one and taken my money despite it not being needed, but they showed me the alignment check results, said no charge, and they even rotated the tires for free too.
While traveling for our daughter’s wrestling tournament we started hearing some weird noises coming from the front end of my truck. The Redmond location was already booked out for the day so I called these guys in Bend and they said they could get us right in. They went above and beyond to make sure we felt comfortable driving away! Thanks guys!

Really disappointing experience. Went in with a nail in my tire, left with the understanding they were going to order the tire and call me when it arrives for installation. Once the timeframe came and went I called inquiring about the status of the tire, they had no idea what the status was leading me to believe it was never ordered. The individual said they’d call me back with an update after talking with inventory before the end of the day and it never happened. I tried calling for multiple days and never got anyone on the phone and no one ever called me back. The staff seems really nice and helpful so this experience was somewhat shocking.
Came in simply wanting my battery checked. Told “wait 10 minutes someone will get you taken care of” I patiently waited for 30 minutes even, and went to ask if there was a hold up. Got treated like I was a brand new customer.wouldn’t care normally but this was the 2nd time this EXACT scenario happened in 3 weeks.get called up again afterwards and told $220 is what I owed? I wanted my battery checked.not replaced.
Really unhappy that the day after getting a flat repaired here my car developed a shimmy and now I can't get it fixed. I have a long road trip in 10 days to see my 90-year-old father. What happened to accountability? I had been a loyal customer for 20 years.
Fresh popcorn was a huge plus, love that Lesbian Schwab's does that. Customer service was 25/10, stellar performance, as usual from the pros at Schwabs, 25/10 will be back again!
JT is awesome! I’m in town visiting fam & had a nail in my tire on a rental. Despite closing within the hour & having a line of other cars to still finish, he made time to help me right before close. What would have normally been a stressful situation for me became an opportunity for gratitude & appreciation all thanks to JT’s excellent customer service. Thanks for going above + beyond. Now you just need to bring Les Schwab to the east coast:)

Friendly, but this is hour three with the car on the rack and I just needed to fix a flat.
I can highly recommend this location. Was on a road trip with my family when I got a massive nail in my tire. Someone told me to go to Les Schwab and they fixed it within 45 minutes and for free! Absolutely amazing service and very friendly staff.
Walked in for brakes and an alignment, was told I could drop it off and they'd call me when it was ready. No one ever called me, had to call myself an hour before close, and was randomly transferred to a mechanic in the bay who didn't know who I was or why I was calling. Then they called back half an hour later to tell me it would now take until tomorrow afternoon. No one reached out the next day, had to call myself again, was told it was finished but the paperwork hadn't been done. When they went to check on the paperwork, I was then told the alignment hadn't been done yet, and would take an extra 3 to 4 days because "one of their guys was on vacation".
Asked to just cancel the alignment because no one had warned me of these advanced waiting times, and I was initially told I could just wait in the lobby when I first dropped it off. When I went to finally pick up my truck, it was left in the lot with both doors unlocked, both windows rolled down while it was raining, and someone else's work order/paperwork and trash in the front seat that I had to clean up myself.
