Les Schwab Tire Center, West Linn OR

Have always got my tires here, this past November we purchased another set of 4 and were given a rebate of $150. The catch it would be 30 days. Never received this rebate. Les Schwab would have never done this to a customer. The new ownership well guess they will. Time to find a new place to buy tires

Super friendly to do business with, and then the past 20 years of doing business with them I’ve only had one situation where a mechanic had an attitude problem. But spoke to the manager and everything worked out fine.

The West Linn location is one of the best. I’ve used them several times for several vehicles. They only do what is necessary and provide clear and accurate information. They are honest and hardworking. I’ve worked with Tony - who makes the best popcorn - Zack and Damien. All are great. I highly recommend West Schwab West Linn.

This location really took care of us with our travel trailer wheel bearing and brake check! We parked it in back locked it up and they took care of the rest. Came back to pay the bill and it was no charge given although they took it apart to inspect it, it didn't need any repairs. That gave us peace of mind with our new trailer and with all the expenses we have it was really appreciated there was no charge. Jordan was our main tech and he was available a week later for questions about safe jacking and cambered axle information. Manager for owner was there the whole time as well and I appreciated his presence and supervision of the operations. You can tell when a shop is a happy shop with consistency and coordination.

At the end everything worked out. Dominic was great at explaining the options and the service was performed properly and to my satisfaction. Unfortunately, my first conversation was with Brandon that had a bad attitude with a aggressive tone, employee interaction is very important for this service industry.

Quoted me WAY too much for tires. Not sure why they would do that but both discount and some local shops by my house were 20+ a tire cheaper elsewhere. Adds up!

I bought new wheels and tires for my Honda civic, and it is amazing! These are my dream wheels and they put them on with no problem in no time! I would recommend them, they have nice people at the counter and the people working on your car. All around a 10/10 service!

Phenomenal service! Walk in that Went for a random screw in tire. Young woman at the desk was very attentive and courteous. They had my car on the lift in about 35-45 minutes. I sat inside and the next thing I knew my car was sitting out front ready to go. All it needed was a patch, and instead of trying to get me to buy a new tire they took care of it and DIDN'T EVEN CHARGE ME. This was the first time I had been in this location and it's not like I've spent a ton of money there, but they still took care of it for free.
I guarantee I'll be going there for all my tire needs from now on. Thank you!

My husband and I got stuck on the side of 205 6 hours into our 11 hour trip after one of our tire rod bolts came off. Les Schwab sent out their road side assistance truck and got us patched up on the side off the highway and safely back to their location for a full assessment. We were back on the road in under 2 hours. GREAT service and appreciate all their efforts. We will forever get our tires from les schwab!

We pulled up 5 minutes before closing on a Monday needing air in our trailer tires and Cody pulled our truck and trailer around for us and got it done asap! Thank you for the impeccable service!

Complete waste of time, dropped my vehicle off around noon after being told it would be finished by 6pm. Gave them all the information they needed for a simple tire rotation and around 5: 00pm they told me they needed a completely new set of tires and would have to contact enterprise vehicles for approval. Just tried to reschedule and they require my vehicle at the location while they wait for approval.

I had a flat on a very expensive set of tires that swab didn't even sell. When they handed me my keys they didn't charge me a dime. That's customer service.

Many Thanks to Zack and Tony, for working with me. My Nissan Pathfinder was needing a Axel Boot replaced. There was a computer issue and she was not able to make that appt.for 7 weeks. They held onto the part, thankfully. As soon as she was operable they installed two days later.
I appreciate there hometown professional service and integrity. Thank You Zach for going the extra mile for me:)

Stranded in Willamette with a flat tire. State Farm told me not to use their roadside svc.or I’d be waiting for hours. I called 10 companies, only 2 answered their phones, 1 guy quoted $150 in 2 hrs, and the last one recommended I try Les Schwab. Googled Les Schwab, and to my delight they were. 2 miles away! Gave them a call and their $66 quote sounded pretty good, but they were 2 hrs deep in jobs also. Then spoke to Zach in Svc.and told him I was a stones throw away with a flat. He said he’d take a look at his jobs and call me back in 10. In 3 minutes He drove up! Had my spare tire on in 5 minutes! He was young, fast and efficient. There’s something to be said for good, old-fashioned service! Their chain competitor came and went, but Les Schwab remains the same! Thank you Zach! Willamette will be my go-to!

Les Schwab Tire Center in West Linn is awesome! I take my truck and horse trailer to them - without an appointment - to check the tire pressure and adjust if necessary every 6 months or so. The service is complimentary too! The staff there are always happy to help me. It gives me great peace of mind to know that I am safely hauling my horse on tires and bearings that are in good shape! Thank you!

Took a tire in to get a flat fixed. They had it fixed and back on my car in no time! Always helpful! Love these guys!

I love Les Schwab. They repaired two punctures in one tire in less than 30 minutes.for free! Who does that? Very polite as well. Convenient location, right off of I205.

These guys are great! I have had all my alignments done there and they do a great job and honor the work warranty, they go above and beyond!

I came here for a tire repair. The lady upfront told about 1 hour. I thought, no problem, I’ll just walk over to five guys and grab some food. My son and I walked around willamette for a little while to kill some time. Came back, and not ready. They looked busy, so it didn’t bug me. So we waited another hour. Went for another walk, and came back. Car still not ready. I asked for an update, and she couldn’t give me one. We are going on 3 hours now! No updates, no apologies, nothing. I understand being busy, but I could’ve made other arrangements. Being a paramedic, I can’t just miss work. I’m really disappointed in the customer service here. I’ve lived in west linn my whole life, but I think I will take my Business elsewhere.
