Great service and always seem to be able to get in, though appointment is the best way to go.

This store is top notch. They are super kind and helpful and I needed a tire because I was about to have r a blow out and they gave me a tire for 40 dollars it's all I had to my name and they hooked it up for me. I will always do business with Les Schwab. The managers are great and the other workers are knowledgeable and very nice.

I hate it here. Anytime i need something done.im quoted at least $400 under the final cost.takes 3 different trips over 2-4days. FFFFFF this place. Blueline auto for life

They did a great job on our RV. We bought four tires for my car, two for my RV. So you can imagine how spendy that was. All interactions with staff was great.until my husband drove the RV up. This guy unloading tires was so rude. He greeted us with "what's up man.what do you need? " In an aggravated tone. My husband told him we were here for tires. The guy told my husband he should leave because there was no way they had the tires even though we pre ordered them and Les Schwab called us to tell us they were in. The guy argued with my husband telling him they weren't gonna be there so he should just leave. Then he went and checked and wouldn't you know it, they were there. He then looked kind of dumb so he was even more rude about it. Otherwise was ok.

Had the best experience at this Les Schwab location thanks to employees Lucas, Robert and Brandon. Lost rubber on a tire on our 45 ft. Class A motorhome. Decided to change out all 8 tires. They searched, found the tire size we needed at different locations. Had to pick up some, and some of them delivered to their store from other Schwab stores, and got them all installed and stayed late to get it accomplished. They really went the extra mile for us and we are back on the road. Great company and super great employees.

I had to drive my truck and realized last night I had a slow leak in a tire. They got me in right as I pulled in the lot, and had the tire off within a minute or two of arriving.

The guys got me all fixed up and patched the small leak from a nail! Super impressed and the customer service will have me coming back. Thank you guys!

I got there at a little before 8 on a Saturday morning for a tire rotation, no appointment, and was out at 8: 17. I think that’s the fastest I’ve ever had my tires rotated. Thank you!

Chris in the commercial tire side took awesome care of us. Was incredible friendly and busted his butt so we could get on the road quickly. A+ all the way around.

Everyone is great, and after a small issue came up with a compromised valve stem on one of the tires I bought, they fixed if free of charge and in a friendly timely manner.

Spent 2300$ on tires and they were more than friendly on that aspect but they recommended that i needed an alignment.when i went and freed up some time and scheduled to get an alignment done today i was given the run around and told they "couldn't adjust it" and because i plan on upgrading my steering in the future i was told "Its just not gonna work" they also didnt wanna center the steering wheel or even align it without centering the steering wheel. I don't know if he was just lazy and wanted to roll on the next guy but this is something any alignment shop knows how to do. I Asked how am i supposed to know I'm not ruining the new tires i just bought from you guys and was pretty much told "i don't know. " Whats worse is i go home and start looking up videos and there's tons of how to videos on adjusting all the things this guy said you couldnt adjust. I mean i guess ill figure it out myself but would have been nice to have it professionally done i dont have the equipment you guys do and i could have atleast booked my free day with a shop that wouldn't have wasted my time.

Bought tire chains in December and was able to return them in the spring for a refund. A definite plus.

Took an hour and a half to rotate my tires and replace a tpms sensor that didn't even fix the problem.

Just replaced ball joints on my SD 350 4x4 and needed an alignment. Made appointment dropped it off and went to breakfast. Got a call about a half hour latter. Tech said truck is done. When I asked what it needed he said nothing, was all in spec. I asked how cost he said nothing. Being a 4x4 it could have been expensive and I could have been taken advantage of, but no they where fast and honest.

I posted already but I forgot to explain how Les Schwab helped us while we were broke down in Portland. My husband was diagnosed with colon cancer. We were in Portland by the hospital and started having issues with the front end. I got on maps, found the closet Les Schwab, which was a block away. We got the Chevy there. They fixed the problem in no time and we were on our way. So many locations that are easy to find and get to.

BEWARE if you are older, have diabetes, are immune-suppressed, or have any risk factors AT ALL, there are NO precautions such as masks practiced here either outdoors where a person can distance themselves NOR INDOORS when customers are in close contact.
My husband went for a routine repair on a guaranteed item. During his ENTIRE visit, no one AT ALL wore a mask ANYWHERE.
People like me who are immune-suppressed often get inoculations against Covid, but their bodies are literally unable to make antigens. Additionally, I have a progressive lung disease. Had my husband brought home a tiny virus, it could have killed me within hours.
Beware the lack of any preventative actions here. I guess LS has such an excellent reputation nationwide that they don't mind taking the risk of killing some of their customers.

Extremely cold during the winter season but the team of staff and service men kept busy. I had a quick tire repair job today. Thank you.

Great team. Sometimes it take a bit longer than expected, thats due to them doing the job right! More than worth the wait!
