The staff is very friendly. They were very prompt on getting my flat tire repaired. While checking my back tires they noticed that the tires were worn out on the inside. So I had them replaced. Thank you

I had a flat tire on my rental car and needed to have all 4 tires replaced. I was an emotional mess but Derrick and all the guys working were the absolute best! Made me feel comfortable and reassured me the entire time. Derrick especially worked so hard to help me and I could not be more appreciative. I highly HIGHLY recommend this place and these guys

Thank you to the entire staff today. Absolutely outstanding customer service. I wouldn't normally be this person coming off the mountain on a spare and showing up 5 minutes before closing. They took me in and put a new set of tires. I greatly appreciate all they did, and how quickly they got us back on the road.

If I could give a negative star review, I would!
I got a low-pressure warning on my right from the tier. I stopped by and asked to check and repair the issue since I was driving from California to home. The technician told me that he checked the pressure on all my tiers, and he didn't find any issue. They don't even bother to take off a wheel and inspect the tier. He told me that it often happens with a new track. I drow another 450 miles, and my pressure dropped more. I stopped to check my tier in a different tier shop, and they found a metal object in my tier. How do people sleep well at night, not doing their job well? ! Such a shame (

The best customer service I have received at a tire store. I came in for a simple pre-trip safety inspection to find out that one of my wheels was destroyed. The lug nuts just turned by hand. All of them on one tire! It could have fallen off and caused a serious accident on the road. The shop went out of their way to find enough parts on a Saturday to rebuild the wheel and get me back on the road the same day. They kept me well informed throughout the entire process and offered advice on how to prevent future problems. I will only go to Les Schwab for any tire needs in the future.

Went there to replace my battery. Service was prompt and courteous. I'm a senior so I don't drive much anymore. So I don't need to go to Les Schwab much. However, I've been going here since the 80's. Still going there.

My mom needed two front tires, Les Schwab installed them. They started losing air.took the car in to have this repaired and was refused unless we buy new tires for the back.which was still good and legal for the highway. We told the guy "good day sir" and walked out. Your swampy virtue signaling goes no where with us!

I can't say enough good things about this crew and their work.
So, we called ahead about 9AM on a Tuesday to see about getting a tire looked at that had a pressure issue.
The lady on the phone said there was no wait or appointment necessary, just to come on in.
We went in around 10AM and were approached at our car door by an associate who kindly greeted us with a good morning, and asked what he could do for us. We didn't have to wait at all, and they patched our tire for NO COST in under 30 minutes. I used the bathroom while I was there, and it was stunningly clean. They even had a nice waiting area with fresh coffee, sugar, and creamer.
Since we do a lot of off-roading, we weren't comfortable to do full time use on a tire that we already had a problem with, so we asked about purchasing new tires.
We were given a generous trade in value for what we currently had, and the manager, Don, printed out a quote for us on new tires that we were interested in.
The lady at the front desk said she had the tires on her truck that we asked about, and she loved them.
We took the quote and left to go home and think on it.
After about two hours we decided it was best to get the new tires so we didn't have to worry about an issue down the line with tire pressure.
My husband went in to purchase them and received EXCELLENT service. Les Schwab offered a trade in value and military discount so we got a fantastic price on some amazing tires and the service they provided was just incredible.
10/10 would recommend.
When I am ready to purchase new wheels, I will come here again for the great service I know I will get.

Went in for 2 front tires. Was told my tires in the back we’re too old and they couldn’t do the work unless it was all 4! B. S. I just needed to replace balding tires and I would have come back at a later date to replace the rear. They lost my trust in customer service and my future business!

Gotta love getting a tire rotation in less than 15 min. No wait time and super friendly service. One of the main reasons I get tires from Les Schwab is due to all their locations which makes it easy for those of us who are on the road a lot. Thanks guys

I want to say one thing the employees were great, the sales man came out to meet me and had my leaking tire fixed and checked the other tires to make sure they were up to par. I'm traveling and wanted to let the guy's know I am very much pleased with the service. Way to go guys

Very fast except when got my battery changed they found a dead one on the shelf had to get a different one.
