My daughter a new driver went in with ball joint issues and was told That it was not her ball joints it was rack and pinion But yet they don't work on record pinions told her to go to a different shop in fact it was her ball joints.it was not safe to drive believing it was ssomething totally different!

This was a positive overall positive experience with customer service (from intake and honoring my tire warranty to work completion), waiting area (spacious and clean) and limited waiting time, and total satisfaction with Shaughn's work and kindness. Keep up the Awesome Work Shaughn!

Went there to have all my tires balanced and got all my rims scratched. They also scratched my calipers. When I told them about it they said “they are not responsible for the finishes of the items they work on”. Huh, you would think if you pay $70 for balancing that everything they touch would not be scratched. Seems like every Les Schwab you go to they don’t care about sustaining customer loyalty. I will not be back.

I recently bought a used car from a reputable (?) dealership in Salem. My tires looked good, but started losing pressure. Less Schwab found an old nail in one and removed it, and patched it, and didn't charge me. I now have another tire going down, so I will be back to see them. We've gone to them for years, and I'm very happy with them!

Nice clean waiting area, shop seems to run well with customers being served relatively quickly. Really nice people, not really a high-pressure sales environment and I appreciate that. Good times at Les Schwab!
