Got me a tire pretty fast without an appt. And let me know some other things going on with my car without forcing me to have them fix it.

Always a great experience going there. Sometimes it's disheartening to see the price of repairs but, it's the cost of fixing things that are broke. They have been straightforward and honest with me every time.

Great prices and great staff it's the only place i have bought tires and snow chains for the last 35 years
YOU CAN'T GO WRONG WITH LES SCHWAB

Super long unorganized wait: (two people were helped in front of me, employees scrambling around. Idk. Going to the other one i guess. 30 min wait before any quote or anything. I wanted to get new battery and all new tires. Pay and drop off keys. I already knew the price and everything actually. No one asked or cared after the initial hello be right with you. This seems like the norm here too.

I got great service today from both the driver that picked me up to take me to my car that needed air and at the store where they checked my tire. I had a dent in my back fender and I think they popped that out for me too. (Or my eyes are playing tricks on me, it looks less “dented”) You all are awesome.keep up the great work!

Came in with a trailer brake that was sticking, (I was 5 hours from my town) they got me right in and out in 45 min that's why I love les Schwab.

These guys always take great care of my vehicle. Always honest and upfront with wait times on busy days.

They switched our tires out for our studded tires without telling us that they wouldn’t put them back on unless we buy new ones. Now we have our studded tires on and can’t get regular ones put on unless we pay $500+. Pretty manipulative.

Last night I decided last minute to get some studded tires so I could actually get to work in this snowstorm. Not only did they have the tires in stock, but they put them on quickly and had great customer service despite being crazy busy in horrible weather. So grateful for their speed and knowledge last night. Saved me a lot of money by getting me to work safely today. Thanks guys!

I had to buy snow chains for our trip. Les Schwab is your go to place for tires and chains. Overpriced but you really can't beat their service. Lots of employees and they move fast all day helping people. Free popcorn n coffee while you wait

I had the best experience at Les Schwab. I ordered new wheels and tires for my jeep wrangler. Not only was every one in the shop extremely attentive, they answered every question i had and explained what they did along the way.it truly changed the whole look of my vehicle and the customer service was great.they were so careful with everything they handled as well. I believe we were helped by Seth and a few other technicians. Truly wonderful service!

Alittle wait but everyone is here to get their tiers ready for the unexpected snow in Springfield and Eugene OR. They are doing the best they can. I will always come here. They never treat me like I don't know what I am talking about.

I stopped by today at 7: 15 am because My car notification let me know my tires were low on air. I was in my way to an important meeting in Salem and couldn’t be late. The store wasn’t open till 7: 30. I pulled in and a gentleman asked If I needed help. I explained my dilemma and he offered to take care of it right away. He put air in my tires without hesitation before the store was even open. Great customer service! You were very appreciated today!

The guys are great but a almost 2 and 1/2 hour wait to get a screw out of a tire is really stretching it. Possibly its time to research alternatives who have a stream line lane for small things.like the DMV does.

I came in for a safety check, it took about half an hour. Service was quick and the staff were nice.

Easy online scheduling, prompt, friendly service. Great warranty on tires and recommendations for other services given at pickup with no high pressure sales pitch. I will be back.

Every time I go into the river road Les Schwab I receive the very best of service, they're my favorite place for tires and brakes. And wow. You have to try their windshield wipers, expensive but the best I've ever had! Recommend Les Schwab to everyone. Thank you, loyal customer

All Les Schwab's push great service but inferior part's. Tire's are made in China and highly marked up. I am an asa certified mechanic and have had them try to upsale unnecessary repairs to myself or my wife many times to the point I refuse to go back. Warranty's don't cover enough and you end up paying full price. No thank you!

The staff are great, but the materials in repairs are cheap and don't hold up. My original brake pads lasted over 100 thousand miles. The ones from here didn't last 34 and failed on a hill so damaged the rotors. Don't waste your money on cheap parts, get good ones and you will be happier.

Very nice people and Seth was kind enough to come out and check the wear on my tires and recommend that Oct.would be a good time to check again and probably change tires.
