It would have been nice if they would have removed all the nails before they put the new tube in the tire

The only thing that weigh the scales in this direction compared to others is the amount of locations. I have the same guarantee and warranty on my tires from another place I like better for cheaper.

Toyota said they could not fix my tire where a nail had punctured, but I could buy a new tire. Les Schwab fixed it in about 10 minutes. I've alwayst trusted them with my tires.

My grandfather has been coming to this location in Eugene since it opened many years ago. He bought me my very first set of tires here when I was 16. Dylan and the guys in the brake and alignment center finally fixed a front end problem that another shop, not Les Schwab, messed up many years ago. After many trips to many different shops, all saying the truck is fine, it was only Les Schwab that found out what was actually wrong. The work was done faster then we expected and now our truck drives better then new! This is the only company our family trusts for automotive work. They do it right, and fix what others do wrong. As always, Les Schwab took care of a flat on our vehicle. For free! They were under no obligation to do this, as the tires on the vehicle were from the automobile factory. Out of good will, and good business practices they removed the spare "donut, " repaired the damaged tire, and mounted it back on the car at no charge. These guys offer amazing service every time I've been here, for a very competitive price. I needed new tires a few months ago, and they had my favorite (Toyo) in stock. Then I returned for a 19 point inspection 20 minutes before closing, and they didn't even complain that it would keep them there late. Sorry about that, but thanks for the fabulous service!

It's Schwabs lol. Expensive, but in my mind it's worth it to have their guarantee and service. And it's always fast and courteous service!

They were very quick getting my boyfriend's 4runner up getting and getting his new wheels and tires he bought!

Technician did not solve the issue at hand, but tried to schedule me for work that was not needed. Although the service was quick and courteous.

They agreed with another garage that my brakes were fine, unlike the mechanics at Sears who swore they were done.

I had a small shard of metal in one of my tires from my move and they took care of it quickly. The service was amazing, and everyone was so friendly. Definitely coming back here when I need anything! Thank you guys!

Showed up right at close. I had a rear tire blowout. I wanted all 4 tires changed. I offered to leave the car and pick it up the next day. They insisted on me staying and they didn't want to leave me stranded.

They changed all 4 tires and had me cashed out in under 20 minutes.

Les Schwab sells nearly 100% chinese tires. Want proof? Walk through and read on tires. China, china, china. They also stock and sell chinese wheel bearings and races. Horrible quality. It was not this way when Les was alive. He would be very disappointed.

Cody met me in the parking lot before they opened to offer assistance. Not only are they quick but efficient. Provide great customer service and peace of mind on the road. Highly recommend for all your tire needs.

This place along with the ones Sacramento and Rancho Cordova are the greatest. Very friendly and helpful glad to have them on my list to work on my car.
