I am a local funeral director and have used Letterpress PDX to make custom memorial cards. Jenn is responsive, creative and very understanding. I appreciated the quick response and quality of the printed materials we ordered. The memorial cards were timeless and personal, I would definitely recommend this shop to anyone who wants something different.

Weddings can be so stressful, but Jenn made designing our invitations fun and stress-free. From our first visit to the shop to the day our invitations arrived, she and the staff at Letterpress PDX were friendly and easy to work with.

We stopped by the shop to look at samples, then worked with Jen to design save-the-date cards, invitations and thank you cards. And when we decided to move back to the East Coast before the wedding, Jenn was great at communicating over email. She even addressed and mailed all of our invitations so that we could get things out quickly (those deadlines come up fast)!

We got so many compliments on our invitations and we couldn't have been more pleased with how they turned out!

We worked with Jenn and Greg from Grate Company to design and produce our business cards which meant the world to us. As a new small business owner, it's the time, talent, knowledge, and most importantly, the relationship that was built during the process.

Jenn was so kind and quick with helping in the paper picking process. She was even thoughtful enough to suggest a card stock that had a hue of green that would match our business colors! Her proposal was well executed and clear. For her experience and expertise, the pricing was very reasonable. Jenn was quick to adjust her pricing without asking for an addition error.

The cards came out even better than we expected! They were delicate and beautiful.
They even did a color embossing for the info at no extra charge when we paid for a general print on design.

We now know an expert in the stationary business and wouldn't dare to work with anyone else in the future.

Jenn is super knowledgeable and so helpful. I loved every bit of working with her to create our elopement announcements. I'm a web designer so my knowledge of print design is limited, but she was very responsive and helpful over email (and in person at the store!) to help me throughout the process so that I could design my own cards. They came out so beautiful, and wouldn't have been possible without her attention to detail and craftsmanship. Thank you so much Jenn! Cant wait to think of other letterpress project ideas so I can come back!

Have been so happy with our business cards and stationary. Always easy to work with, love the paper, and the printing press is not only cool but gives the work a unique feel.
