It took me awhile to process the whole experience of divorce to write this review. I worked primarily with Andrew. He told me something in the beginning that really held up and should not be overlooked. It may sounds obvious but he simply said that the more clients can agree and be reasonable the better off each of them will be. This advice was for both his client (me) and with respect to the opposing client. He knows he makes more when people fight, but I genuinely believe that he doesn’t prefer this for his clients. He prefers an equitable outcome that is fair and proper. He will 100% fight for you if that the route that you must go but I can’t stress enough to put emotion aside, trust his judgment, and be a reasonable person. Andrew is a straight shooter that will be upfront and honest with you and he’s a fair and honest person with regard to billing. I greatly appreciated having him in my corner and patiently working with an otherwise difficult opposing counsel to resolve my dissolution. If you’re going through a difficult divorce don’t hesitate to call Andrew and his team.

Jennifer Peckham is the current attorney to my husband who is the petitioner. My husband and I have many complicated things going on, but since I am not represented by an attorney, I am not sure how to make it known that my husband has cancelled my health insurance in the middle of the divorce AND after many requests to reinstate it, Jennifer Peckham (attorney) still stands by him that this is ok. I am working on getting in front of our Judge, however with my mental health, filing paperwork has been VERY difficult. There is a statutory restraining order in place and it is not being followed at all. Any help is appreciated.

So we have used this Law Firm for two separate family divorces. One was pretty quick, the other was a long drawn out 2.5 year process. I can't say enough about this firm and their complete support and understanding throughout this process. I would highly recommend them for any legal matter they cover in which you may need assistance. We were very pleased with the support and outcome of our cases. Can't say enough good things about this group.

Overall I would say 3.5 Stars but I listed a four star rating. On a few occasions we where not on the same page on what I needed to do, or what I had expected him to do.
After being a client for thirteen months I asked for a final statement for all payments that I made for a second time. When I have made this same type of request with other businesses there is a total amount listed on the last page. I received fifteen separate PDF files without a total balance. After ninety minutes (printing and double checking calculations) I finally had my answer.

The entire staff was amazing from the beginning. Valued experience and skills used to protect my interests. Insightful and patient much appreciated. Excellent service. Thanks.
